Ho ordinato i libri di scuola di mio figlio e mi hanno tampinato di telefonate per andarli a prendere. Hanno chiamato anche la scuola nonostante avessi gia spiegato che mio figlio aveva la febbre e che appena si sarebbe ripreso sarei passata. Al momento della prenotazione mi é stato chiesto se volevo la rilegatura ai libri di testo spendendo 5 euro. Al momento della consegna me ne hanno chiesti 8 e hanno dato della matta a me dicendomi che non era possibile e che avevo capito male io. Andate in pensione che è ora!
