Anzitutto è una locanda bio ciò che si mangia sono le verdure dell'orto, i succhi biologici, yogurt e marmellate biologiche, torte fatte dalla madre cuoca della locanda. La sua cucina è un crescendo di bontà: da segnalare la zuppa di fagioli, il polpettone con i peperoni, le salsicce speziate, gli antipasti che spesso sono tortine salate con le zucchine sempre dell'orto, lo strudel, la sbrisolona, le torte con le marmellate biologiche. Livio non si fa pregare quando gli chiedi delle escursioni e dei posti che si potrebbero visitare. Ci ha insegnato molto della coltura della valle. La sua è una locanda storica con i pavimenti originali. Eravamo in una camera che dava sul bosco e la sera si vedevano le lucciole! Livio, manager of the Gentil inn is a kind and very helpful person. First of all, it is an organic inn. What you eat are vegetables from the garden, organic juices, organic yoghurt and jams, cakes made by the inn's mother cook. His cuisine is a crescendo of goodness: to report the bean soup, the meatloaf with peppers, the spiced sausages, the appetizers that are often savory pies with zucchini always from the garden, the strudel, the sbrisolona, the cakes with organic jams. Livio doesn't get begged when you ask him about excursions and places that could be visited. He taught us a lot about the culture of the valley. His is a historic inn with original floors. We were in a room overlooking the woods and in the evening you could see the fireflies!

They put is in touch with the right people to solve our bike problems and because of the heavy rain, let us sleep in the restaurant. I hope I can go back

The family running the hotel/restaurant helped us enourmously and without hesitation looking for the closest garage nearby, ordering that specific part. . They are the definition of kindness and hospitality! The restaurant is typically Italian and the mother does the cooking. The food is excellent!! The rooms were freshly renovated,, authentic looking and clean. Highly recommended!!
