Servizio veloce , personale gentile e prezzi nella norma. Alla prossima... Local "good" but the pizza is not bad. All'interno della vallata "valle Maria" accogliente e suggestivo!la pizza è ottima e la scelta è vasta Provvisto anche di Dehor esterno...nel cuore del paese di Stroppo!!! Tempi di attesa ragionevoli il locale è sempre ricco di clienti, lo consiglio assolutamente per una serata di relax o x stare in compagnia nella tranquillità della vallata! Great place! Inside the welcoming and suggestive "Maria valley" the pizza is excellent and the choice is vast Also equipped with outdoor Dehor ... in the heart of the town of Stroppo !!! Reasonable waiting times the place is always full of customers, I absolutely recommend it for a relaxing evening or x being in company in the tranquility of the valley!

Prezzi più che onesti. Consiglio a tutti. Happened by chance, one of the very few places open in Valle Maira in November: exceptional experience, divinely had lunch with genuine food, very charming environment. Prices more than fair. I recommend to everyone.

Non a caso si chiama " A modo nostro" , dove la genuinità e la semplicità regnano sovrani e indisturbati: è rimasta come la "vecchia" osteria di una volta. Ed è proprio questa la sua forza e la sua bellezza: cibo semplice e genuino in luogo delle elaborazioni degli chef. È una razza in estinzione da salvaguardare: non è necessario mangiare "lingue di canarino", ma anche un creme caramel fatto con le uova fresche (quelle vere che fanno le galline ruspanti) fa la differenza. Il tutto ad un prezzo semplice, leggero (anch'esso) e onesto. If you are looking for a restaurant with all the trimmings and frills where eating is also a social ritual, you are totally local wrong. It is no coincidence that it is called "A modo nostra", where genuineness and simplicity reign supreme and undisturbed: it has remained like the "old" tavern it once was. And this is precisely its strength and its beauty: simple and genuine food instead of the chef's preparations. It is an endangered breed to be safeguarded: it is not necessary to eat "canary tongues", but also a creme caramel made with fresh eggs (the real ones that free-range hens make) makes the difference. All at a simple, light (also) and honest price.

È una osteria davvero carina, siamo stati serviti con gentilezza e con la semplicità che amo trovare in un locale.... Abbiamo mangiato degli ottimi ravioli di magro, fatti in casa conditi con un Blu di mucca che erano uno spettacolo!!! Io ho preso dei peperoni in agrodolce. Il roast beef era abbondante e sicuramente molto buono. La torta al caffè mi ha fatto tornare indietro di tanti anni... sembrava quella che preparava mia mamma. Lo consiglio vivamente.... Il profumo della pizza era delizioso...ci tornerò per assaggiarla!!! È un luogo carino, dove puoi ancora trovare la genuinità di un tempo...e si mangia davvero molto bene? ... after a walk through the hamlets of Marmora we phoned to ask if we could eat with them, I am a vegetarian, with 2 dogs in tow ... the answer was yes !!! It is a really nice tavern, we were served with kindness and with the simplicity that I love to find in a club .... We ate some excellent homemade lean ravioli seasoned with a cow's blue which were a sight !!! I got some sweet and sour peppers. The roast beef was plentiful and certainly very good. The coffee cake made me go back many years ... it looked like what my mom used to make. I highly recommend it .... The smell of the pizza was delicious ... I'll be back to taste it !!! It is a nice place, where you can still find the authenticity of the past ... and the food is really very good?
