★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essendo il padre di un ragazzo disabile al 100%, mi sono recato in questo patronato dove non ho avuto nessuna soddisfazione ne la dovuta assistenza. In qualità di padre di questo ragazzo e residente a circa 160 km, gli operatori di questo patronato mi chiedevano al telefono di recarmi personalmente nei loro uffici per ritirare una copia di un contratto di locazione con relative ricevute. Ricevuta al quanto "salata" dovuta al compenso per la sola compilazione del contratto di locazione "70,00 euro", oltre alle 125,00 euro per la registrazione online presso l'agenzia delle entrate. Gli operatori sono stati anche molto scortesi nei miei confronti al telefono e non hanno per nulla assolto alla mia richiesta ne al contrario fornirmi copia delle ricevute di pagamento e copia del contratto in pdf, hanno riferito alla mia ex moglie che mi avrebbeto inviato quanto richiesto su posta elettronica ma al momento ancora non ho ricevuto niente. Forse a questo patronato nulla importa delle scadenze altri per consegnare quanto richiesto. Sono rimasto allibito e sconcertato dal modo di fare degli operatori di questo patronato. Oggetto di discussione qui se si sono verificati o dovessero verificare eventi analoghi. E pensare che un patronato dovrebbe essere promotore per risolvere problematiche agli utenti e non di creane ulteriori. Personalmente non vorrei mai avere più bisogno di questo patronato e non lo consiglio a nessuno?????????????????
