Inoltre, la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale fanno di questo locale il posto ideale per riposarsi e pranzare con gusto, nel centro storico di Anagni. Locale centralissimo: Prima di tutto l'accoglienza e la gentilezza del personale che già di per sé è un ingrediente fondamentale. Parlando del locale e di quel che abbiamo mangiato anche qui si può solo che dare cinque stelle: locale curato, accogliente, ordinato e piacevole. Tutto ottimo dall'antipasto al dolce; nell'ordine: antipasto misto di salumi, bruschette e formaggi di qualità, gustosi e nella giusta quantità per consentire di gustare le portate successive. Per la bambina cannelloni "il segreto del Papa" a voi scoprire perché si chiamano così (è un segreto che vi verrà svelato a tavola!) . Quello che non è segreto è la qualità delle materie prime, difficile trovare cannelloni più buoni. Anche quanto scelto da mio marito, chitarra alla ciociara, un mix di sapori ben assortiti, non pesante ma ricco di gusto. Tagliata di carne e bistecca cotte come da richiesta, tenere, morbide e di ottima qualità. Dolci classici (tiramisù, panna cotta e sbriciolata) ma delicati e benfatti. Carta dei vini varia anche se noi abbiamo optato per un calice di cesanese locale molto gradevole e dalle belle sfumature olfattive.Conto onestissimo. Ci torneremo certamente se saremo in zona! . Speaking of the place and what we ate here, one can only give it five stars: a well-kept, welcoming, tidy and pleasant place. All excellent from appetizer to dessert; in order: mixed appetizer of cured meats, bruschetta and quality cheeses, tasty and in the right quantity to allow you to enjoy the following courses. For the little girl cannelloni "the Pope's secret" it's up to you to find out why they are called that (it is a secret that will be revealed to you at the table!). What is not secret is the quality of the raw materials, it is difficult to find better cannelloni. Even what my husband chose, ciociara guitar, a mix of well-assorted flavors, not heavy but rich in taste. Sliced meat and steak cooked as requested, tender, soft and of excellent quality. Classic desserts (tiramisu, panna cotta and crumbled) but delicate and well done. The wine list varies even if we opted for a very pleasant glass of local Cesanese with beautiful olfactory nuances. We will certainly return if we are in the area! .
