★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered home delivery, food came perfectly packed and still warm. Nice and tasty, interesting spices, colors. Cheese cake was superb, risotto with celery refreshing. Looking forward when the restaurant will be open to sit and eat in the garden .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such good food and service. 18€ flat two course lunch was an amazing bargain for an excellent meal. Spaghetti with mackerel sugo and burrata followed by John Dory with summer vegetables and basil purée. Inexpensive and delicious wine also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Much more than a cup of coffee in Trieste - Trieste Coffee Festival Menu. I am not really a coffee fan but tasting it with food in special Ai Fiori menu was extraordinary experience. We should try to experiment more often! #triestecoffeefestival

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In terms of technique and presentation of the food Ai Fiori surely belongs to the best restaurants in Trieste (though my fish was a little overcooked). Regarding quality of the ingredients they are good but not the best. However, I love their technique and will surely come again.
