Ho 66 anni, sono forestiero, e da poco più di quattro mi sono stabilito in questa bellissima città di Lecce, davvero a dimensione d'uomo, in cui vivo benissimo. Ebbene stamane sono andato per il prelievo del campione di sangue ed ho trovato un'atmosfera tranquilla, cortese, efficiente. Per motivi di salute ho fatto molti prelievi fin da quando avevo meno di dieci anni e nella mia città natale mia madre mi portava in un antico palazzo del centro storico, in cui c'era il laboratorio di analisi cliniche. Dalla Dr.ssa Rispoli ho provato un accenno analogo di sensazioni. Inoltre cortesia, disponibilità, gentilezza, ma soprattutto il dottore che mi ha prelevato il sangue non solo ha trovato subito la vena, ma l'ago è entrato senza il benché minimo, non solo dolore, ma finanche fastidio. Bravissimo!! Grazie davvero. L'intuito mi ha indirizzato alla scelta giusta. Fino a pochi mesi fa mi rivolgevo ad un altro laboratorio, del pari molto efficiente, ma troppo affollato, un po' angusto e con la fila all'esterno. Qui invece c'è una dimensione più domestica e peraltro in un appartamento ampio e con bellissima mobilia. Grazie, verrò sempre qui. I am 66 years old, I am a foreigner, and for just over four years I have settled in this beautiful city of Lecce, really on a human scale, where I live very well. Well this morning I went for the blood sample and I found a quiet, courteous, efficient atmosphere. For health reasons I have taken many samples since I was less than ten years old and in my hometown my mother took me to an ancient building in the historic center, where there was the clinical analysis laboratory. From Dr. Rispoli I experienced a similar hint of sensations. Furthermore courtesy, availability, kindness, but above all the doctor who took my blood not only found the vein immediately, but the needle entered without the slightest, not only pain, but even discomfort. Excellent!! Thank you very much. Intuition directed me to the right choice. Until a few months ago I was turning to another laboratory, equally very efficient, but too crowded, a bit cramped and with the queue outside. Here, on the other hand, there is a more domestic dimension and moreover in a large apartment with beautiful furniture. Thanks, I will always come here.
