Faccio un esame che risulta illeggibile, faccio una terapia per poterlo ripetere, intanto passa il tempo perché l'esame è da effettuare a cadenza ben precisa. Lo rifaccio il 29 Ottobre e mi mandano i risultati oggi, 15 Novembre. Peccato, però, che sbagliano e mi spediscono il primo risultato. Non si sono accorti dell'errore nemmeno quando ho chiamato per dire che questo risultato era identico al primo e che avevo fatto una terapia, nel frattempo. Poi guardo la data... E vedo che la data è quella del primo esame! Se non mi fossi accorta, prendendo quindi per buono questo invio sbagliato avrei consultato specialisti e rifatto tutto nuovamente! Senza contare l'ansia. Comunque il mio nuovo risultato è ok. Sono comunque molto seccata, non ho ricevuto nemmeno le scuse per l'errore. Peccato perché sembrava un buon laboratorio, ma non mi fido più. They didn't notice the error even when I called to say that this result was identical to the first one and that I had done a therapy, in the meantime. Then I look at the date ... And I see that the date is that of the first exam! If I had not noticed, then taking this wrong posting for good I would have consulted specialists and redid everything again! Not counting anxiety. However, my new result is ok. I am however very annoyed, I have not even received an apology for the error. Too bad because it seemed like a good laboratory, but I don't trust anymore.

Spero per loro che mio figlio non abbia ripercussioni ! Ma recensisco nuovamente questa attività per portare a conoscenza a chi ha bisogno di sentirsi a casa più che in un laboratorio di analisi di venire proprio qui. Ho eseguito il tampone per il Covid-19, il risultato questa volta è negativo mi auguro pure i prossimi. Il punto come dicevo della recensione è mettere in risalto la dolcezza e la delicatezza che viene messa a disposizione del paziente. Avevo di fronte a me una tuta bianca che si muoveva, guanti, mascherina e visiera. Riuscivo a vedere solo due occhi. Occhi che ti trasmettevano tranquillità. La paura del risultato non esisteva più in quel momento perché erano occhi di una persona che fa quel lavoro con passione e amore. Gli occhi in alcuni momenti valgono più di mille parole pure in un esame semplice. Grazie mille!!! Reviewing the same business multiple times is not part of my habit. C'è molto silenzio (prego clienti di mantenerlo), calma ed è molto discreto. Ambiente accogliente sempre e pulitissimo. Organizzati nella fila, personale rapido e sempre puntualissimo nei prelievi e consegne. Prezzi decenti. I am 47 years old and I have been going there since I was little now I am fond of it.
