Tornato da loro con regolare scontrino se ne sono lavati le mani dicendo che me la dovevo vedere io con l assistenza (che é a Milano)...nonostante la legge gli imponga di gestire loro il post vendita... Dalla direzione mi hanno fatto sapere che non gli importava nulla... . Morale della favola caffettiera da buttare... Da allora non riesco a vederli di buon occhio... E' pieno di merce, scatoloni, cose di ogni genere (riferito ai prodotti commercializzati) manca quasi il respiro per il poco spazio che resta per muoversi senza scontarti con le merci lasciate qua e là. Potrebbero migliorare la sicurezza sia del personale che dei clienti. I prezzi di alcuni prodotti debbo dire risultano superiori rispetto ad altri magazzini della specie, potrebbero riguardarli raffrontandoli con la concorrenza. Di contro la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale nell'aiutare i clienti é di casa, non ti abbandonano, anzi ti aiutano nella scelta e nel consigliare. Poi la gentilezza del direttore o vice direttore, non saprei dire che ruolo riveste, nella persona di Andrea é ineguagliabile. Grazie sicuramente tornerò.
