La risposta è stata che siccome siamo in agosto e la ditta è in ferie, la riparazione verrà considerata a settembre, quindi da calcolare due mesi per averli indietro. Sono andata per cambiare un regalo (premettendo che LORO non hanno provveduto a fornire lo scontrino non fiscale per la garanzia) e mi è stato detto non solo che senza lo scontrino regalo non si poteva effettuare il cambio (ragionamento fin qui anche corretto, se non fosse che, appunto, questo scontrino non è mai stato rilasciato), ma anche che "evidentemente chi te lo ha regalato forse non voleva che lo cambiassi", offendendo in questo modo le persone che lo avevano acquistato.
