d	davide panetta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio pessimo , personale scortese e arrogante.....poi che dire , in alcune circostanze l'ordine fatto online si può verificare direttamente in negozio ed eventualmente sbloccarlo mentre in altre magicamente non si può fare nulla ed è solo la sede centrale che può operare e gestire l'ordine online....infine , ma non per importanza , rispondere al telefono dovrebbe essere una Vs priorità visto anche il periodo ma ovviamente così non è ......esperienza da non ripetere assolutamente .... Bad shop, rude and arrogant staff ..... then what to say, in some circumstances the order made online can be checked directly in the shop and possibly unlocked while in others magically nothing can be done and it is only the head office that can operate and manage the order online .... finally, but not least, answering the phone should be a priority for you, also considering the period but obviously this is not the case ... experience not to be repeated at all ....

L	Luigi Fava on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto informazioni su una stampante al commesso che si trovava in cassa(visto che non c era personale mi hanno detto di recarmi li) Il commesso mi ha risposto in modo superficiale e maleducato quasi come se mi stesse facendo un favore. Infine gli ho detto che volevo acquistare questa stampante e lui mi ha risposto che dalla cassa non si poteva muovere e di attendere li fino a quando non arrivasse qualcuno. Capisco che quando si lavora ci sono momenti in cui gli operatori si trovano in difficolta ma quando ero li c erano pochissime persone e ci sono modi e modi di trattare un cliente che non vedrete mai piu. I asked the clerk who was at the cashier for information on a printer (since there was no staff they told me to go there) The clerk replied in a superficial and rude way almost as if he were doing me a favor. Finally I told him that I wanted to buy this printer and he replied that he could not move from the cashier and to wait there until someone came. I understand that when you work there are times when operators are in trouble but when I was there there were very few people and there are ways and ways of treating a customer that you will never see again.

Il primo prodotto non mi è stato sostituito, il secondo mi è stato sostituito dopo tre mesi di attesa. Scrivo questa recensione negativa semplicemente per sottolineare il pessimo comportamento del responsabile del punto vendita, che si è posto nei miei confronti in modo aggressivo, superficiale e senza alcuna attenzione nei confronti delle mie rimostranze. Ovviamente non farò più acquisti presso questo centro. I recently purchased two products (of economic value corresponding to hundreds of euros) in this shop, both of which failed. The first product was not replaced, the second was replaced after three months of waiting. I am writing this negative review simply to underline the bad behavior of the store manager, who approached me aggressively, superficially and without any attention to my grievances. Obviously, I will no longer shop at this center.

Chiamati il giorno prima, dichiarano di avere disponibilità del prodotto ma al nostro arrivo scopriamo che i piatti non sono del marchio da loro dichiarato. Personale alla cassa non qualificato e maleducato. Misleading advertising, on the site they promote tognana plates sets for 34.99 euros. Called the day before, they declare that they have availability of the product but upon our arrival we discover that the dishes are not of the brand they have declared. Unqualified and rude checkout staff.

Vado a prendere uno smartphone me lo danno senza dirmi un minimo in merito (ed ok) . Torno a casa e mi rendo conto che non è incluso il caricabatterie (Probabilmente sono ignorante in materia ed avrei dovuto saperlo ma che gli costava farmelo presente nel momento dell'acquisto?)quindi torno di nuovo per comprarlo ed anche il giorno dopo avevano un muso lungo che voglia di vivere portami via. Concludo dicendo che ovviamente non voglio fare di tutta l'erba un fascio perché l'eccezione c'è ovunque ma dire un buongiorno, buonasera è consigliabile. I want to give a 2 of encouragement because that is what the staff who work within it need. Of few words, not at all cordial and somewhat indifferent. I'm going to get a smartphone they give it to me without telling me a bit about it (and ok). I come home and I realize that the charger is not included (Probably I'm ignorant on the subject and I should have known but what was it costing me to present it at the time of purchase?) So I go back again to buy it and the next day they had a muzzle long that will to live take me away. I conclude by saying that obviously I do not want to make a bundle of all the grass because the exception is everywhere but saying a good morning, good evening is advisable.
