★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo, nessuno risponde. Avendo un'urgenza ho risolto diversamente.
Quando vengo ricontattata rispondo gentilmente che ho risolto e ringrazio. L'interlocutore dall'altra parte del telefono un completo cafone, con una maleducazione ed un'arroganza inaudite mi risponde letteralmente "va a morì ammazzata" e attacca il telefono.
Richiamo perché rimango basita ed incredula e voglio capire se ho ho sentito male la risposta....
Non mi ero sbagliata....mi ha proprio insultata nuovamente.
Mi auguro che gente così cambi lavoro e perda tutta la clientela perché la professionalità non sapete nemmeno dove sta di casa.

 I call, no one answers. Having an urgency I solved differently.
When I am contacted I kindly reply that I have solved and thank you. The interlocutor on the other side of the phone, a complete peasant, with unprecedented rudeness and arrogance, literally answers me "she goes to die killed" and hangs up the phone.
I call back because I am stunned and incredulous and I want to understand if I have heard the answer wrong ....
I wasn't wrong .... she just insulted me again.
I hope that people like this change jobs and lose all their customers because you don't even know where professionalism is at home.
