Ho attivato una domiciliazione per un mutuo su altra banca 2 mesi fa, non si prendono i soldi anche se ci sono, e poi mi fanno fare il bonifico puntualmente con la mora. Mi chiedo: perché dovrei pagare la mora io per un problema loro? Bad experience. They never answer the phone and when they answer they say to call back because they are full. La consulente del MutuiSupermarket tramite telefono fatto loro vedere che aveva. Hanno inventato una scusa che il direttore de prima confermato ma per mutui sono troppo affollati, sendo che lui che aveva risposto la e-mail, allora se tu già lo sai che sono pieni con il mutui e nn riescano non dare appuntamento alle persone, rispondo che non è possibile e punto, non fa la persona perdere tempo. Non hanno ripetto alle persone e comunicazioni tra de loro . Per il resto personale incompetente e sgarbato,non rispondono mai al telefono e se vai lì ti dicono solo per appuntamento che neanche ti danno. Se vado ancora li é solo grazie alla signora Luciana l'unica che è sempre pronta ad aiutarti e sempre disponibile al 100% ed è sempre gentilissima a lei do 5 stelle This branch goes on thanks to Mrs. Luciana, very competent, kind and always available. Il giorno stesso mi chiamano e rimandano l appuntamento. Il giorno dell appuntamento il mio appuntamento non risultava e non mi volevano far fare la pratica e volevano spostarmi l appuntamento perche ci vuole 1h e 30min secondo loro, ovviamente essendo gia stato spostato non ero favorevolea quel punto ho chiesto di parlare con il direttore. Anche il direttore mi voleva far spostare l appuntamento nonostante la colpa sia esclusivamente loro. Inoltre i dipendenti non indossano la mascherina ne i dipententi ne il direttore. Inutile dire che la dipendente è stata super antipatica interessata esclusivamente a stare al telefono per fatti personali.
