★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato "il signor Franco" per un informazione, mentre altri mi hanno quasi chiuso il telefono lui mi ha spiegato quale poteva essere il problema, mi era caduta la linea e richiamando lui mi continuava a spiegare i vari modi per poter risolvere il problema.
Devo dire che persone che danno spiegazioni ne esistono poche, lui e uno fra mille.
