★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesia (dispiace molto sentirsi dire il Venerdì pomeriggio alle 16:30 di non aver preso accordi verbali per la consegna dell'auto e, ancora peggio, dopo le proteste, vedere che per la riparazione bastavano 10 minuti). Costosissimi e sopratutto sgradevole sentirsi chiedere 63 euro (1 ora di controlli per un problema evidentissimo !!!) per il check pre-riparazione (da corrispondere se non si accetta la riparazione). Svanita del tutto l'intenzione di ricomprare Toyota!!!!
Unkindness (I am very sorry to be told on Friday afternoon at 4.30 pm that I did not make verbal arrangements for the delivery of the car and, even worse, after the protests, to see that 10 minutes were enough for the repair). Very expensive and above all unpleasant to be asked for 63 euros (1 hour of checks for a very evident problem !!!) for the pre-repair check (to be paid if the repair is not accepted). Completely vanished the intention to buy back Toyota !!!!
