P	Pier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una piacevole scoperta il rifugio si presenta come un classico luogo di ristoro di montagna, il locale all'interno è molto ben curato nonostante la poca affluenza, la pulizia è ottima l'arredamento semplice e rustico, i bagni sono puliti e la vista dai tavoli che affacciano sulla vallata sono qualcosa di molto rilassante e piacevole alla vista, specialmente se accompagnata da un piatto caldo. Il menù è fisso ma con la possibilità di ordinare anche singolarmente le portate (ma non VE lo consiglio dato che il menù è abbondante e molto equilibrato a livello di prezzo) I prodotti si sentono che sono freschi e sicuramente del luogo data la posizione del ristorante... Il personale è molto gentile e preparato sui sentieri nelle vicinanze. L	Lily__ In on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto da favola: buona cucina, gentilezza, servizio piacevole e con i tempi giusti di attesa tra una portata e l'altra. Menù tipico, ovviamente, dall'antipasto al dolce, con qualche eccezione. Antipasto veramente ottimo, primi fantastici, il secondo molto buono (carne tenerissima), anche se molto "anni 80". Unica cosa: da golosa patologica, avrei preferito più scelta con qualche dessert al cucchiaio (anche solo un tiramisù) al posto dei più tipici dolci secchi come i bocconotti (molto buoni)o della crostata alla Nutella con granella di pistacchio. In conclusione, esperienza gastronomica veramente positiva. Fairytale place: good food, kindness, pleasant service and with the right waiting times between one course and another. Typical menu, of course, from appetizer to dessert, with some exceptions. Very good appetizer, fantastic first courses, the second very good (very tender meat), even if very "80's". Only thing: as a pathological greedy, I would have preferred more choice with some spoon desserts (even just a tiramisu) instead of the more typical dry sweets such as bocconotti (very good) or Nutella tart with pistachio grains. In conclusion, a truly positive gastronomic experience.

Caro per la zona, viene il sospetto che ci si approfitti un po di essere l'unico posto per mangiare nel raggio di km. Antipasto solito della zona, affettati, formaggio e un paio di verdure cotte, melanzane e zucchine. Primo piatto funghi e salsiccia, ovviamente, buono. Secondo un arrosto misto molto "casalingo" e abbastanza abbondante. Per dolce un inaspettato cubetto tipo biscuit al cioccolato farcito di panna. Il tutto innaffiato da vino della casa e acqua di fonte(!). E condito dagli sguardi impazienti dei camerieri che avevano promesso il nostro tavolo alla moltitudine di gente arrivata senza prenotare dopo l'una e trenta. Percorrere in motoslitta il tragitto dalla sosta auto al rifugio è un’esperienza unica, così come godere della vista mozzafiato una volta arrivati in cima. Siamo stati fortunatissimi a trovare una giornata di sole splendida con 50 cm di neve fresca fioccata durante la notte, che ha permesso ai bambini di divertirsi un mondo con slittini ed altre attrezzature messe gratuitamente a disposizione dalla struttura. Il paesaggio è meraviglioso, presso il Santuario della Madonna del Pollino si respira un’atmosfera mistica, quasi surreale. Il rifugio è molto accogliente, si possono gustare piatti tipici tradizionali ad un prezzo più che equo. Ad Antonio, giovane titolare tuttofare, vanno i miei più sinceri complimenti per come abbia ridato anima e voce ad una struttura che era abbandonata, ma soprattutto ad un luogo che merita di essere conosciuto ed apprezzato. Avanti così! Ci rivedremo in estate! Magical, enchanted place, which will remain forever in our memory and in that of my son above all. Traveling by snowmobile from the car stop to the refuge is a unique experience, as is enjoying the breathtaking view once you reach the top. We were very lucky to find a splendid sunny day with 50 cm of fresh snow during the night, which allowed the children to have a lot of fun with sleds and other equipment made available free of charge by the structure. The landscape is wonderful, at the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Pollino you can breathe a mystical, almost surreal atmosphere. The refuge is very welcoming, you can taste typical traditional dishes at a more than fair price. My sincere congratulations go to Antonio, a young handyman owner, for how he has given back soul and voice to a structure that was abandoned, but above all to a place that deserves to be known and appreciated. Go on like this! We will meet again in the summer!

Trovandosi in un posto splendido e dal paesaggio mozzafiato, il rifugio diviene la cornice ideale per quanti vogliono trascorrere un weekend a contatto con la natura. Qui tutti i sensi trovano la loro massima soddisfazione. Grazie Antonio. Torneremo il prima possibile. I have visited this beautiful retreat in both winter and summer after 2 years and I can say that the food and staff are exceptional. Being in a splendid place with a breathtaking landscape, the refuge becomes the ideal setting for those who want to spend a weekend in contact with nature. Here all the senses find their maximum satisfaction. Thanks Antonio. We will be back as soon as possible.
