★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there for a dinner with friends walking from passo San Pellegrino. If you prefer you can also reach it by car, although we recommend walking there as it is an easy walk of about 1 hour which gives you the opportunity to enjoy the awesome landscape. The ambiance is really cute, warm and welcoming and the cuisine is based on traditional dishes but proposed in a modern and refined way typical of fine restaurants. We appreciated the welcoming starter and the oven-warm bread. The menu is full of interesting dishes: some of which were absolutely delicious, but a couple of them a bit disappointing (this together with the fact that we had to ask a few times the water before it was finally served is the reason of the 4 stars instead of 5). The staff is kind and the prices are reasonable. Overall it was a lovely experience and we highly recommend it!
PS: booking a table is strongly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ten stars for surroundings and a beautiful view. The food was very good too. However the service is very disorganized, a lot of men running around not clear who is responsible for what, they just delegate to each other. This could be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food and drinks were truly delicious and there is nothing to say against it.
However the wait time was way too long, since our ordered (including beers) arrived an hour after we ordered, after waiting 40mn in queue. I understand that saturday lunch is a busy time, but waiting so long seated outside at -7° isn't ideal. I would recommend to chose the restaurant only if you have time to spare because we spent a good 2 hours there and without dessert or coffee.

It’s such a heavenly place to relax and chill our minds.
After an half/45 minutes walking through the forest you’ll see the perfection in front of you.
A path full of huts will drive you at the refuge where you can take a coffee or a drink in front of the mountains.
Trust me, everything you’ll see will change your day.
