★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bait and switch on the price. Literally doubled the price they had quoted in the email confirmation. The room was small for 3 people, and the bathroom had a problem with sewer smell. Food for dinner and breakfast was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sent us a price quote of €105 and later charged €210. They were not up front about this at all and very rude and unapologetic. We would not have stayed here if we knew the price was €210, as there are higher rated refuges nearby for this price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed my stay at Flora Alpina, although it was not located as near to the ski piste as I would have liked, the staff, rooms & wellness centre made up for it. Dinner and breakfast was also great, with a larger variety than expected in the morning & a nice meal for after an active day on the slopes.
