Il personale è cortese, simpatico... sono disponibili e amanti dei nostri amici a quattro zampe (per me sempre un valore aggiunto). Mi sono goduta il pranzo,la vista e i prezzi sono adeguati al posto e anche alle porzioni, salumi e formaggi super!!! Well organized mountain hut, good food, great beer, clean bathroom. The staff is courteous, friendly ... they are available and lovers of our four-legged friends (always an added value for me). I enjoyed the lunch, the view and the prices are adequate to the place and also to the portions, super meats and cheeses !!!

E' stato come trovarsi a casa di parenti, l'ambiente estremamente pulito e casalingo e il personale è molto cortese e ospitale, inoltre si mangia benissimo!!! Ottima anche la birra artigianale con miele di castagno. Il tutto accompagnato da un panorama mozzafiato. We have visited this refuge other times to eat, but this is the first time that we have also stopped to sleep with full board. It was like being at a relatives house, the environment extremely clean and homely and the staff is very courteous and hospitable, plus you eat very well !!! The craft beer with chestnut honey is also excellent. All accompanied by a breathtaking view.

I proprietari sono alla mano, simpatici, disponibili e amanti degli animali (è sempre bello avere a che fare con host così quando si è in compagnia dei propri amici a 4 zampe!). Super consigliato! The refuge is located in an enchanting place and the typical food is delicious. Absolutely to taste the self-produced cheeses. The owners are easy-going, friendly, helpful and animal lovers (it's always nice to deal with hosts like this when you are in the company of your 4-legged friends!). Super recommended!

Raggiunto il rifugio in una splendida giornata di sole dopo che un paio di giorni prima una bella nevicata aveva imbiancato tutto il paesaggio attorno. La salita si fa per sentiero tracciato e poi immancabile qualche fuori traccia in neve freschissima e polverosa. Al rifugio l’accoglienza del sig. Eugenio e’ calorosa e simpatica, si mangiano ottimi piatti della cucina rustica locale (la polenta taragna è la regina della tavola, accompagna in vario modo da brasato, costine, salsicce, bresaola). Ottima anche la torta e poi non si può perdere un assaggio di una delle grappe locali. Andateci in inverno, sarete ripagati della bella passeggiata. A nice refreshment for the body and soul. Reached the refuge on a splendid sunny day after a couple of days before a beautiful snow had whitened the whole landscape around. The ascent is made by a marked path and then inevitable some off-track in fresh and dusty snow. At the refuge, the welcome of Mr. Eugenio is warm and friendly, you eat excellent dishes of the local rustic cuisine (polenta taragna is the queen of the table, it accompanies in various ways with braised meat, ribs, sausages, bresaola). The cake is also excellent and you cannot miss a taste of one of the local grappas. Go there in winter, you will be rewarded for the nice walk.

Abbiamo contattato i gestori due giorni fa e sono venuti su al rifugio solo per noi (non c'era nessun altro visto che è giovedi) Tanya tanta roba, antipasti buonissimi e genuini, brasato e polenta spettacolari. Per quanto eravamo affamati siamo riusciti ad avanzare tanta roba. CHE MANGIATA RAGAZZI Sono anni che giro per montagne e rifugi ma una mangiata cosi era tempo che non la facevo. Prezzo più che onesto, 30 € a persona. GRAZIE GRAZIE ai gestori, cordialità e simpatia, ci hanno veramente trattato come vecchi amici. ANDATECI ? We stopped today after getting off Monte Lago for lunch. We contacted the managers two days ago and they came up to the shelter just for us (there was no one else since it's Thursday) Tanya a lot of stuff, delicious and genuine appetizers, braised meat and spectacular polenta. As hungry as we were, we managed to advance a lot of stuff. WHAT YOU EAT GUYS I have been traveling around mountains and shelters for years, but it was time I hadn't eaten such a meal. More than fair price, € 30 per person. THANKS THANKS to the managers, friendliness and sympathy, they truly treated us like old friends. GO THERE ?
