Monika ha proposto il loro percorso di degustazione e noi abbiamo accettato ad occhi chiusi. Il risultato è un voto 10 per qualità delle materie prime, fantasia per gli accostamenti tra tradizione e modernità, estro, gentilezza e amore. Ristorante imperdibile che consigliamo a tutti gli amanti della buona cucina.
A great discovery, born from the curiosity for the name of the restaurant. Passing through Mormanno we let ourselves be intrigued by the landscape and decided to stop at the Bohemian Restaurant. Monika proposed their tasting itinerary and we accepted with closed eyes. The result is a grade of 10 for the quality of the raw materials, imagination for the combinations of tradition and modernity, inspiration, kindness and love. Franco e Monica sono degli ottimi padroni di casa: ospitali, divertenti e molto cortesi. Consigliamo di farvi guidare da Monica in un tour gastronomico che appagherà sicuramente le vostre papille gustative. I piatti sono contraddistinti dalla tradizione e dall’innovazione, con degli accostamenti creativi e vivaci. L’unica pecca da noi riscontrata - ma assolutamente perdonata - sono stati i tempi d’attesa tra i due primi, non arrivati congiuntamente… ma ottimi! Il rapporto qualità-prezzo lascia quasi stupefatti in quanto le materie prime sono tutte eccellenti e i costi rimangono contenuti. Torneremo sicuramente con una bella comitiva!
The restaurant is located in an enchanting landscape setting and the dining room is treated in every detail. Franco and Monica are excellent hosts: hospitable, funny and very courteous. We recommend that Monica lead you on a food tour that will surely satisfy your taste buds. The dishes are characterized by tradition and innovation, with creative and lively combinations. The only flaw we encountered - but absolutely forgiven - were the waiting times between the first two, which did not arrive jointly ... but excellent! The quality-price ratio is almost astounding as the raw materials are all excellent and the costs remain low. We will definitely be back with a nice group!
