Sicuramente Antonello della reception è una persona molto disponibile e gentile che risolve problemi, ma se si investisse di più nella struttura il cliente resterebbe più soddisfatto, come ad esempio è stato fatto per la piscina che è molto bella. The structure needs a renovation: apart from the comfort of the beds, the furniture is very old and there is no air conditioning. Certainly Antonello from the reception is a very helpful and kind person who solves problems, but if more were invested in the structure, the customer would be more satisfied, such as for example the swimming pool which is very nice.

Xquanto riguarda l'altro collaboratore e una persona esageratamente pesante e polemico e x quando riguarda l'elasticità nn sa proprio cosa significhi il colmo e stato quando nn voleva dare una bottiglia d'acqua a mia suocera xche mancava 5 centesimi. Sono partita 2 giorni prima anche xche ci sta una piscina con acqua ghiacciata impossibile farsi il bagno. Bagno con doccione rotto, condizionatore con perdite. Struttura degli anni 80/90 che necessiterebbe ravvivare. 70 euro devo dire spesi male. Ho lasciato la carta di identità (in verità non mi è stata restituita e io ho dimenticato di chiederla il giorno dopo) che dopo 10 giorni ancora non era stata rispedita e ad oggi non è pervenuta.
