★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona che risponde al telefono andrebbe formata alla comunicazione… la maleducazione è il suo forte… zero informazioni ed in fine mi ha attaccato il telefono in faccia . Riello ed il sig DI SANTO dovrebbero riguardare questo aspetto
The person who answers the phone should be trained in communication ... rudeness is his strong point ... zero information and in the end he put the phone in my face. Riello and Mr DI SANTO should address this aspect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche se mi ha fatto penare in quanto dava appuntamento e poi rimandava (gennaio ed aprile 2021) ha fatto 2 interventi dove ha cambiato la ventola tangenziale. Lo contatto più e piu volte per la pulizia e non mi risponde, quindi sono costretto a contattare altri. Oggi lo ricontatto per la ventola che di nuovo torna a fare rumore e non risponde. Vi sembra un atteggiamento professionale?? Mi sembrava una brava persona..
Although it made me suffer as he gave an appointment and then postponed (January and April 2021) he made 2 interventions where he changed the tangential fan. I contact him over and over for cleaning and he doesn't answer me, so I'm forced to contact others. Today I contact him again for the fan which again makes noise and does not respond. Does this seem like a professional attitude? He seemed like a good person ..
