Pessima esperienza....acquistato un fornetto elettrico e portato a casa non funziona. Riporto lo stesso in negozio immediatamente e mi viene detto che verrà R I P A R A T O!!!!! Cioè...io acquisto un prodotto che non funziona ed anziché essere sostituito sarà riparato???? E' normale e giusto che di conseguenza mi porto a casa un prodotto riparato e pagato per nuovo?????? Bella gente!!!!!! Tra l'altro mi viene da pensare che, essendo ultimo pezzo ed in esposizione, gia sapevano che era guasto ed hanno trovato un pollo a cui rifilarlo. Se acquistate li vi esorto vivamente a testare in negozio i vostri prodotti!!!!!!! Premise .... one star just to start this review otherwise not even half are deserved ..... Ci rechiamo in store per acquistare una stufa a pellet , sorvoliamo sulla scortesia siamo tutti quanti umani . Dopo aver concordato un appuntamento con il tecnico per l’installazione , dopo aver accumulato due assenze da lavoro per due appuntamenti mai avvenuti , dopo 20 giorni dalla nostra visita in negozio , al terzo appuntamento mancato telefoniamo e la Signorina ci dice che ,testualmente , “signora io non so di nessun appuntamento, il tecnico non è venuto a lavorare ed io adesso sto aprendo l’agenda per vedere cosa c’è da fare (ore 10.45) . Ma lei cosa deve fare? Cosa vuole ?” A quel punto non abbiamo potuto far altro che dire tenetevi la stufa e tanti saluti . Semplicemente vergognoso , e stiamo parlando di un apparecchio che tra acquisto e montaggio supera i 1500 euro .
