s	simona 7 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo anni di corsi in palestra (Gag, body sculpt etc etc), finalmente ho trovato il modo di allenarmi senza aver bisogno di controllare l'orologio causa NOIA! In b)functional vi succederà il contrario: a fine lezione sarete sì stremati e quindi desiderosi di stretching e riposo, ma desiderosi di continuare a stare con le persone con le quali avete condiviso la fatica del Wod del giorno! Se venite in B)functional, oltre che a imparare a muovervi divertendovi, diventerete più forti e sicuri di voi stessi, troverete decine di "giocattolini" con i quali divertirvi (clave, sbarre, bilancieri, kettlebell, etc) e un gruppo di amici con i quali potrete condividere la fatica e ridere fino a crepapelle (addominali permettendo)! After years of training in the gym (Gag, body sculpt etc etc), I finally found a way to train without having to check the clock due to NOIA! Questo box e' un luogo dove entri senza aver quasi mai visto un bilanciere, e pian piano migliori a vista d'occhio. ..Soprattutto come autostima ! B )functional è il miglior posto per scoprire i propri limiti e superarli, doppiarli ! E' del tutto impossibile annoiarsi vista la perfetta diversificazione degli allenamenti e l'aria che si respira all'interno del box è sorprendentemente familiare sin da subito. Ultima grande caratteristica del box... la musica spacca! Assolutamente consigliato! very welcoming box, highly trained coach.
