★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati per una consulenza su un apparecchio che non funzionava correttamente, in garanzia, comprato e montato 3 mesi prima. Mi sono stati chiesti 40 euro per una sostituzione di una batteria. Controllate bene le batterie prima di chiamarli!
Called for advice on an appliance that was not working properly, under warranty, bought and fitted 3 months earlier. I was charged 40 euros for a battery replacement. Check the batteries carefully before calling them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi avevano dato appuntamento alle ore 8,30 del mattino; non si è visto nessuno né ho ricevuto alcuna telefonata per un rinvio del sopralluogo per la sostituzione della caldaia.
Mi sono rivolto alla ditta Buttiglieri che, invece, è subito intervenuta e ha montato una caldaia Chaffoteaux. La ditta ha provveduto a tutte le formalità di legge per usufruire dello sconto in fattura del 65% e ha richiesto il pagamento solo dopo l'installazione e la messa in funzione della caldaia. Sono molto contento per avere trovato una ditta seria ed affidabile alla quale affidero' la manutenzione ordinaria
