★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza orribile! Poco seri e inattendibili. Ho fatto fare un intervento per fornitura e montaggio di canna fumaria. Dopo 7 mesi mi entra l'acqua piovana nella caldaia. Li chiamo e mi si dice che il tecnico che ha fatto l'istallazione non lavora più da loro che la scelta della montaggio è del cliente (quindi la responsabilità è mia, quando invece mi sono attenuta alle loro disposizioni per il lavoro) e che possono aprire un intervento a mie spese. Assurdo!!! Non garantiscono il lavoro fatto, con i piedi (aggiungo adesso io).
Inoltre una segretaria indisponente che voleva a tutti i costi asserire che il loro tecnico (che non lavora più per loro) ha svolto il lavoro come gli è stato chiesto!!! Mai fatto!!Ci siamo attenuto a quanto consigliato da loro! Questo è il risultato.

Horrible experience! Not very serious and unreliable. I had an intervention to supply and install the chimney. After 7 months, rainwater enters the boiler. I call them and I am told that the technician who made the installation no longer works with them that the choice of assembly is the customer's (therefore the responsibility is mine, when instead I adhered to their provisions for the job) and that they can open an intervention at my expense. Absurd!!! They do not guarantee the work done, with the feet (I add now).
In addition, an annoying secretary who wanted at all costs to assert that their technician (who no longer works for them) did the job as they were asked !!! Never done !! We followed what they recommended! This is the result.
