★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono già stata un paio di volte in questo locale, l’arredamento è piacevole, un bel ristorante sia per coppie che per tavolate, con il plus di avere il parcheggio annesso.
Personale abbastanza attento, tra l’altro accettano i cani quindi un punto a loro favore.
Una vetrina delle carni molto bella e ricercata e piena di tagli che non si trovano molto spesso, quindi per chi è appassionato di carne come me un ottimo biglietto da visita.
Il problema entrambe le volte è stato della carne troppo cotta, (La prima volta una tomaock, la seconda un taglio argentino di cui non ricorso il nome) Ia richiedo sempre al sangue o addirittura blue e in entrambi i casi è arrivata tra il medio e il cotto.
È un peccato per questa braceria, spero che questa mia segnalazione possa essere di aiuto al personale alla griglia, dopotutto una braceria che si rispetti deve far uscire carni cotte perfettamente!
 I've already been to this place a couple of times, the decor is pleasant, a nice restaurant for both couples and tables, with the added bonus of having an attached car park.
Quite attentive staff, among other things they accept dogs, so a point in their favor.
A very beautiful and refined showcase of meats and full of cuts that are not found very often, so for those who are passionate about meat like me, an excellent business card.
The problem both times was overcooked meat, (the first time a tomaock, the second an Argentine cut whose name I don't use) I always ask for rare or even blue and in both cases it came between medium and the cooked.
It's a shame for this grill, I hope this report can be of help to the staff at the grill, after all a self-respecting grill must bring out perfectly cooked meat!

I prezzi sono elevati ma in ogni caso proporzionali alla qualità offerta alla clientela. Personale gentile, professionale, estremamente competente. Si denota conoscenza mista a passione e non improvvisazione, dalla pazienza e dall'entusiasmo dello staff nell'esplicare pietanze e bevande fino alla presentazione del piatto e alla sua degustazione. Consigliato vivamente.
Restaurant with a modern, refined, elegant design. Spacious and bright. Excellent selection of fine cuts of meats and wines. The appetizers are also excellent. Prices are high but in any case proportional to the quality offered to customers. Friendly, professional, extremely competent staff. It denotes knowledge mixed with passion and not improvisation, from the patience and enthusiasm of the staff in explaining dishes and drinks up to the presentation of the dish and its tasting. Highly recommended.

Gustando un ottimo tagliere con prodotti toscani e un taglio speciale di carne sapientemente marinato ed aromatizzato "il diaframma" una vera scoperta.. accompagnato da contorni freschi e genuini. Il tutto contornato da servizio eccellente e location curata e pulita, nonostante fosse piena non si sentiva il vociare fastidioso di altri locali e lo spazio tra i tavoli una chicca in più.
You always go back to where you have been good. Enjoying an excellent cutting board with Tuscan products and a special cut of meat expertly marinated and flavored "il diaframma" a real discovery .. accompanied by fresh and genuine side dishes. All surrounded by excellent service and a neat and clean location, despite being full you could not hear the annoying shouting of other places and the space between the tables an extra gem.
