Mi è capitato circa 4 volte di poter rapportare con questi professionisti ed in tutti i casi ho ricevuto prezzi fuori dal normale, prezzi triplicati rispetto agli altri.
Una volta per l'acquisto di una porta blindata, una volta per l'acquisto di una cassaforte, una volta per l'installazione di un sistema di allarme ed una volta per la sostituzione di un cilindro europeo di una porta blindata.
Non discuto la professionalità e la qualità dei loro prodotti a Salerno sono sicuramente tra le eccellenze ma i prezzi sono veramente fuori dall'ordinario.
Le persone che hanno messo 5 stelle, sono quelle persone che si sono sempre e solo avvalsi di loro, hanno ricevuto professionalità, gentilezza ed un buon prodotto ma non sanno che gli altri fornitori di porte blindate, cassaforti e sistemi di allarme offrono gli stessi prodotti alla metà e forse ad un terzo del prezzo proposto da loro.
Il cliente medio a Salerno va da Forlenza perché è il più conosciuto ma basta scrivere su Google, " porte blindate Salerno" si apre un mondo di professionisti ugualmente preparati e che vendono stessi prodotti o similari a livelli di qualità ma ad un prezzo concorrenziale.
APRITE GLI OCCHI.
P:S. Se l'amministratore vuole posso pubblicare i preventivi in mia mano delle sue porte blindate e di quelli degli altri competitor o anche i preventivi di un sistema di allarme o anche del costo solo del loro intervento per la sostituzione di un cilindro europeo ( operazione che impiega circa 30 minuti prezzo di Forlenza 100 Euro, prezzo degli altri dai 30 ai 50 euro)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peggiore assistenza e vendita. una porta pagata 4000 euro non ha mai funzionato ed ogni volta che veniva per la riparazione mi portava un pezzo smontato da un altro cliente . l'ultima volta mi ha montato un cilindretto difettoso e con soltanto una chiave e naturalmente è capitato che una volta mia nipote ha chiuso la porta e siamo rimasti fuori casa.. Una porta motorizzata che una volta per un motivo , inventato, un'altra volta per un altro motivo non ha mai funzionato.
VI consiglio vivamente di chiudere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operai montaggio e smontaggio porta bravi ed ordinati, unica pecca il falegname, dopo aver trattenuto la porta vecchia per circa 10 giorni per unire le due parti, mi è stata riconsegnata senza aver né tappati i buchi che c'erano tantomeno data una verniciatura per cancellare i graffi, morale della favola, spesi molti soldi per avere una porta blindata che esteticamente si presenta come una vecchia porta. Ora dovrò chiamare un falegname aggiungendo altri soldi, per rendere la porta almeno guardabile. La responsabilità comunque e da dividere in parti eguali con la ditta Forlenza perché dovevano avvertirmi, anche in corso d'opera, che bisognava pagare un extra per ripristinare la porta in maniera accettabile o rifiutarsi di fare il lavoro perché si sarebbe ottenuto un pessimo risultato.

Personale fantastico a partire dalla vendita fino all'istallazione.
Ho istallato una porta blindata presso la mia abitazione recandomi allo show room di Pontecagnano. L'addetto alle vendite fenomenale nel descrivere e presentare tutti i prodotti dell'azienda spiegando tutte le caratteristiche di montaggio, di posa e di funzionamento. Tempi di consegna addirittura più brevi del previsto con un'istallazione da parte dei tecnici incaricati formidabili.
il prodotto acquistato una porta blindata eccezionale curata nei minimi dettagli e sopratutto senza nessun difetto sia estetico che funzionale. Provare per credere
