★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo laboratorio mi è stato consigliato da un tecnico del computer in virtù della velocità con cui effettuano i lavori. E a giusta ragione, aggiungo. Non ero sicuro di quale fosse il problema, grazie a Rezet il lavoro di prima manutenzione è stato svolto in giornata e ha fornito un primo miglioramento. Quando è stato chiaro che fosse necessaria la sostituzione di un componente hardware, hanno provveduto subito all'ordine. Mi avevano avvisato che avrebbe potuto occorrere una settimana. Il giorno dopo mi hanno telefonato dicendomi che il pezzo era in laboratorio, disponibile. Mi sono recato in sede, hanno montato il pezzo nell'arco di minuti senza che ci fosse bisogno di tornare. Ottimo lavoro!
Aggiungo che il personale è cortese e sa dare ottimi consigli. Non solo sulle periferiche da loro vendute, ma anche per utilizzare correttamente i miei dispositivi.
Un laboratorio tecnico di cui fidarsi!
This laboratory was recommended to me by a computer technician due to the speed with which they carry out the work. And with good reason, I add. I wasn't sure what the problem was, thanks to Rezet the first maintenance work was done on the same day and provided a first improvement. When it was clear that the replacement of a hardware component was necessary, they immediately proceeded to order. They warned me it could take a week. The next day they called me and told me that the piece was in the lab, available. I went to the office, they assembled the piece in minutes without needing to come back. Good job!
I add that the staff is courteous and can give excellent advice. Not only on the peripherals they sell, but also to use my devices correctly.
