★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War echt eine Überraschung, wir wollten nur kurz Kaffe hier trinken hatten dann doch Mittag Essen bestellt. Und Super Super Super Lecker! Alles passt, ich habe noch nie so zartes Rindfleisch wie hier gegessen, Butter zart und aromatisch! Also 5 Sterne
 It was really a surprise, we just wanted to have a short coffee here, but then we ordered lunch. And super super super yummy! Everything fits, I have never eaten such tender beef as here, butter tender and aromatic! So 5 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primo ristorante aperto trovato quando eravamo arrivati a Varda dopo una vana ricerca. Discreta scelta di tagliate e altri piatti vari. Vista la giornata abbastanza faticosa abbiamo optato per piatti leggeri: 2 porzioni di verdure grigliate con tomino alla piastra, una porzione di patate al forno e una di verdure grigliate e io, per non appesantirmi, una porzione di trippa alla parmigiana. Con acqua, 1/2 litro di vino sfuso, 1 caffè e 2 grappini, pagato 82 euro. Cibo buono, signora simpatica.
First restaurant opened when we arrived in Varda after a vain search. Discreet choice of cuts and other various dishes. Given the rather tiring day we opted for light dishes: 2 portions of grilled vegetables with grilled tomino, a portion of baked potatoes and one of grilled vegetables and I, to avoid weighing myself down, a portion of Parmesan tripe. With water, 1/2 liter of wine in bulk, 1 coffee and 2 grappini, paid 82 euros. Good food, nice lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant Goldener Adler is a local gem that I would recommend to anyone passing in the area. The pasta is excellent: very fresh and local ingredients, at an affordable price. The staff was also very welcoming and friendly, especially to our dog! We had a great experience here.
