★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensa molto buona proposta in vari gusti, servizio rapido e personale gentile. Il locale è molto ampio ed è aperto solo il venerdì, sabato e domenica a cena.
 Think very good proposal in various tastes, quick service and kind staff. The restaurant is very large and is only open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pinsa buona, ingredienti di qualità, mozzarella ottima, conto sopra la media ma la qualità si paga. Il problema è il servizio, molto clientelare, nel senso che vengono serviti prima i conoscenti e gli habitué, poi il resto dei commensali. Potrei essere capitato nel giorno sbagliato ma è antipatico. Tre stelle come critica costruttiva.
Good pinsa, quality ingredients, excellent mozzarella, above average bill but you pay for quality. The problem is the service, very clientelist, in the sense that acquaintances and regulars are served first, then the rest of the diners. I may have come on the wrong day but it's unpleasant. Three stars for constructive criticism.

La consiglio a tutti. Posto adatto per coppie, giovani e famiglie. Ottima location, tornerò sicuramente....
One of the best pinse in Brindisi really !!!! Well done! The dough is fragrant, well seasoned and very light pints, convenient menus. Very competitive prices, in short, a fixed stage. I recommend it to everyone. Suitable place for couples, young people and families. Great location, I will definitely be back ....

Servizio serio, professionale e veloce. Prezzo nella norma, forse anche più basso rispetto alla qualità. Lo consiglio vivamente.
Best pizza (Pinsa) of my life! Dough, cooking and ingredients out of the ordinary. Appetizer with quality products and not the classic platter with poor salami. Serious, professional and fast service. Normal price, perhaps even lower than quality. I highly recommend it.

Excellent grip, light and well worked. Discrete variety of toppings but at the moment it offers no alternative to pinsa. Sufficient service but to improve. Good value for money.

Le pinse sono spettacolari, sia quelle classiche, che quelle "speciali",con diverse varietà di impasti(tra cui quello senza glutine) e tantissime varietà di gusti e prodotti davvero di alta qualità! Se volete gustarvi una bella pinsa romana in Puglia, questo è il locale giusto, e se siete amanti della "Casa di Carta" le pinse speciali fanno al caso vostro?
Excellent restaurant for those who want to enjoy an excellent pinsa. The place is really nice, and modern with the possibility of sitting outside as well. The pinse are spectacular, both the classic ones and the "special" ones, with different varieties of doughs (including gluten-free) and many varieties of tastes and really high quality products! If you want to enjoy a beautiful Roman grip in Puglia, this is the right place, and if you are a lover of the "Casa di Carta" the special pinse are for you?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pinse superlative: ottimo impasto e cottura, prodotti freschissimi e di qualità. Digeribilissima e non si ha la necessità di bere durante la notte ( cosa che spesso succede con molte pizze). Locale pulito e personale disponibile e simpatico. Complimenti al pizzaiolo Antonio!
Superlative pinse: excellent dough and cooking, fresh and quality products. Highly digestible and there is no need to drink during the night (which often happens with many pizzas). Clean room and helpful and friendly staff. Congratulations to the pizza chef Antonio!
