a	aniello sgambato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale cortese e preparato, una menzione particolare per il capo sala veramente attento e disponibile. Tutto pulito ed ordinato anche i bagni. La cucina é ottima abbiamo apprezzato il sautè di cozze, la pasta al nero di seppia allo scoglio, le orecchiette al sugo, la frittura di pesce ed il tonno scottato. Tutti piatti uno più buono dell' altro. Buono anche il gelato fatto in casa. Bellissima la location, le tenute di Albano, dobbiamo decisamente tornarci. Courteous and trained staff, a special mention for the really attentive and helpful head of the room. All clean and tidy even the bathrooms. The cuisine is excellent, we enjoyed the sautéed mussels, the pasta with cuttlefish ink with seafood, the orecchiette with sauce, the fried fish and the seared tuna. All dishes one better than the other. Homemade ice cream is also good. The location is beautiful, the Albano estates, we definitely have to go back.

G	GiGi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incuriosito dal “ mito di Albano “ ho deciso di cedere alla tentazione quindi una domenica siamo stati a pranzo nel ristorante della famosa Tenuta; ambientazione nel complesso piuttosto Kitsch sia nell’architettura che negli arredi interni ove trionfano le foto di AlBano in ogni dove e con chiunque perfino con il presidente Putin… al servizio ai tavoli ragazzini carinissimi nei modi ma inesperti e del tutto impreparati circa le richieste di cosa contenessero alcune preparazioni! Preparazioni abbondanti ma prive di particolari note degne di lode. La tagliata servita tra i secondi di carne del tutto pessima, nervosa e insipida. Buono il dolce che ha risollevato il morale. Da non ritornare. Ci presentiamo al ristorante per cena e il cameriere (in modo non troppo garbato) ci dice che non c'è nessuna prenotazione a nostro nome. Premetto che tutto questo è successo dopo aver riservato un tavolo parecchio tempo prima tramite la reception ed aver avuto anche la conferma al nostro arrivo in hotel. Fortunatamente dopo una breve attesa riescono a trovarci un tavolo e ci fanno accomodare, scusandosi del disguido. Nel menù si trovano i piatti della tradizione con proposte sia di carne che di pesce. Lista vini che prevede ovviamente tutti i prodotti di loro produzione. Tutto ciò che abbiamo mangiato era ottimo. È stata una piacevole serata, anche se i tempi di attesa sono veramente lunghi e la gestione della sala è parecchio confusionaria. A parte il piccolo screzio iniziale dovuto forse alla grossa affluenza di gente il personale è stato gentile, amichevole e simpatico. Porzioni abbondanti e prezzi corretti. Wine list which obviously includes all the products of their production. Everything we ate was great. It was a pleasant evening, even if the waiting times are really long and the management of the room is very confusing. Apart from the small initial disagreement perhaps due to the large turnout of people, the staff were polite, friendly and nice. Large portions and correct prices.

Si capisce subito come qui sia un'abitudine all'uso di materie prime eccellenti per preparare i piatti. All'interno si respira un'atmosfera accogliente, calda, avvolgente. La sola vista di quel bel caminetto sempre acceso scalda l'anima. Grande competenza ed incredibile gentilezza da parte di tutto il personale, specie da parte metre Vito. Da notare che all'interno del ristorante dalla bottiglia di acqua alla bustine di zucchero qualsiasi cosa è made in Salento o al massimo made in Puglia. Ci tornerò! John il responsabile di sala super professionale, cordiale e simpatico riesce a farti sentire a tuo agio. I piatti che più abbiamo apprezzato sono stati il polpo, il baccalà e in particolare i ravioli di baccalà con pomodorini gialli olive leccine e Asparagi. Deliziosi! Un caro saluto a tutto lo staff, sicuramente torneremo! P. S. Mia zia la prossima volta vuole conoscere Albano!!!! ?
