★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yikes! Such a bad presentation of food. I think people come here due to its location near entrance to the bay. Better to go to neighboring restaurants a few steps away. Service and food quality is an average or a bit below.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is average, you definitely can find better in the neighbourhood. You only go here for the location/view. Staff is rude, impolite. All they care for is the tip, which they ask for several times during the meal. Would definitely not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. We ate poorly, bad service with brutal and mean waiters. Pizzas tasted like water. The only positive point was price. So if you want to eat bad for cheap it's a good option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid! Food was acceptable, not great, but what really pulls down the review was the very aggressive requests for tips and the filthy toilets. The server “reminded” us several times that tips were not included (these were tips in addition to the €2 coperto; coperto was included on the bill) and by the end just stood at our table repeating “tips, tips, tips” as we were getting ready to go. Needless to say they didn’t deserve any tips and didn’t get any. The experience was rounded off by the server loudly giving some very negative characteristics about us to our faces as we left. Add to this that the toilets were filthy and lacked toilet paper. Worst experience in Naples so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where to begin… the waiters are the rudest people I had to deal with in my whole life (and I’m from Paris, so I know a thing or two about rude waiters), we had to ask twice for the menus (which the waiters literally throw at us… I mean literally…), 4 times for a glass with ice to drink our drinks with, 5 times for an update on where the food would come, 4 times for the bill. It’s bad in every possible way, probably the worst restaurant I have been to in all Italy. Note for the restaurant: if you don’t like doing what you do, please, I’m begging you, do everyone a favor and change job.
Ah, one good point though: it’s cheap (I am not talking about the service, I think everyone caught the drift, I am talking about the bill).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place. I never write these but l liked it so much l wanted to. The staff are attentive and remember us warmly from a previous visit. I had the grilled seasonal fish super fresh and amazing. Right on the water a great place for a special last night not dearer than the rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pizza but greedy service. After having our pizzas we asked the waiter for some cappuccinos. He answered, that he could arrange it, but only if he had extra tips. We tried to laugh it off, in doubt if it was because the restaurant was closing or something. But after we had waited for a long time, watching one coffee after another passing us on the way to other tables, we figured that that was not the case. After some time the waiter came back with two weak coffees, drizzling (more like drowning) it in cocoa-powder at the table, calling it “extra love”, though it seemed like it was just to hide the fact, that it was some ill-foamed milk he’d made. Just too bad, when the food was great and we were on the way to having a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID THIS PLACE! Rude, agressive, impolite staff and average food.
The waiter, who didn’t speak English and didn’t understand us asking if they serve cocktails (Hugo) literally agressively yelled at us saying that it was a restaurant and we have to eat (??…). Another waiter understood and explained that they only had beer, wine and soda.
The pizza was average, wouldn’t try it again. Tasted like nothing. When we asked for the bill, the waiter put it on the table and REQUESTED THAT WE GIVE HIM TIPS because they are not included. He practically begged for tips. Also, the coperto was included in the bill (4€ for two people). Awful! I would rate it “0” stars, but it’s not an option.
