I	ImJackie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive food, some of the dishes did taste good but one of the dishes took an hour to arrive and not only that, it then came uncooked. Napolitano serves an uncooked pasta? Incredibly disappointed.

I	I C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cons: Food was okay. My Spaghetti was a bit more salty than I like. All the other food didn’t have much flavor. Pros: potatoes and the bread were delicious. The staff and atmosphere was good.
D	Dalal Dalals on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naples Faulty Towers, we chose to have dinner here on our last night, despite reading previous mixed reviews & give it a chance, but the moment we sat down we thought we’ve made a mistake The manager Antonio & new waitress gave us the menus (only in Italian) we had to use our phones to Google translate, the waitress served us water, when we ordered a wine bottle Antonio offered €40 bottle to the €16 I chose! My husband ordered a beer the waitress brought it but couldn’t open it she had to wait for Antonio who was struggling at the till, he was quite arrogant, they had no beer glasses either. Again we thought let’s give it a chance after about 20mins we got a wine bottle & some bread. Finally Antonio had time to take our order, whilst waiting, more people came & one couple left after no one went to their table. About 25mins after we placed our food order, we are told one of the dishes wasn’t available, Antonio walks off, no apology, or offering an alternative dish, at this point we said cancel & we will pay for our drinks & leave he charged us €6 as a service charge I mean horrendous service, our time wasted & really didn’t like Antonio’s attitude he needs some customer service training! One positive the wine I chose was fab & €18 I took the bottle with us! Visited 15/05/2022

Detail oriented establishment with seafood that will not disappoint even the most refined palate. I will be back! Gracie Pasquale + Ziopè team!!
C	Carol Vågeteg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As tourists, not used to eating at the usual hours when Italians eat, we walked into this empty restaurant at 16.00. Our expectations was not that high due to the hour, but we were pleasantly surprised, both by the friendly older gentleman who served us and by the food. We only had time to eat two pastas, because we had some reservations to a guided tour afterwards, and both me and my son wished that we could have spent more time in this restaurant so that we could have tried more dishes from the menu, because the two pastas was delicious and the wine that we got recommended was a really good choice. We will be back the next time we’re in Napoli!
