★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo appena tornati da una vacanza che abbiamo trascorso presso il residence veliero a San Mauro a mare..Gli appartamenti sono arredati con cura e gusto ,molto puliti e cosa non trascurabile con biancheria e asciugamani offerti da loro. Ipropriemolto gentili
 We just returned from a vacation we spent at the ship residences in San Mauro a mare..Gli apartments are tastefully furnished and decorated, very clean and what is not negligible with linen and towels offered by them. Very friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Netter Inhaber und der Hund an der Reception war auch toll. Check in hat super funktioniert. Das Appartement entsprach voll unseren Vorstellung und hatte sogar einen recht grossen Kühlschrank.. Negativ: Die Klimaanlage/Heizung hat nicht funktioniert, das Bett war etwas hart und die Küche enthielt wirklich nur das Nötigste..

Eccezionale la pulizia sia delle zone comuni sia degli appartamenti. Questi sono dotati di ogni confort (aria condizionata, stoviglie, tv, frigo con congelatore, forno a microonde...ed altro), e consentono una vivibilità più che adeguata, anche in termini di spazio disponibile. Completano il profilo meritorio della struttura il posto auto riservato (in un parcheggio a poca distanza), le convenzioni con alcune spiagge e alcuni locali (ristoranti e non) e per ultima, ma non ultima, la cortesia e la disponibilità dei proprietari

These are equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, crockery, TV, fridge with freezer, microwave ... and more), and allow a more than adequate livability, also in terms of available space. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positief: Locatie was perfect! Dichtbij het strand & centrum! De eigenaren waren super vriendelijk en het appartement was erg netjes en schoon. Verder kregen we als we op het terras zaten, een lekker drankje met borrelnootjes van het huis!. Negatief: Onze appartement had geen terras/balkon. Dit hebben we eigenlijk niet gemist, omdat ze een groot gezamenlijk terras met speeltoestellen hadden..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Personale gentilissimo! Parcheggio a 400 m raggiungibile in bici che sono a disposizione presso la struttura. In cucina c’era tutto il necessario. A pochi km si può visitare la casa e il museo dedicato a Pascoli, stupendo!. Negazione: Sistema di condizionamento un po’ datato non molto performante.
