Super nette Bedienung mit deutsch-Kenntnissen und man zusehen, wie das Eis mit dem Spachtel auf die Waffel gestrichen wird. Nicht zu süß und tolle Geschmäcker. Ho chiesto di pulire il mio e mi hanno dato la spugna in mano, oltretutto nera! Il disinfettante per le mani non è disinfettante, ma detersivo per i piatti! No va be, non ho parole...ho dato 2 perché tutto sommato il cibo non è male. Aggiungo: ho notato che mi ha risposto e non ha fatto altro che peggiorare il mio giudizio...io ho una pasticceria so bene cosa vuol dire rimanere senza personale, ma un minimo di ordine e pulizia mi sembra il doveroso! Poi la carenza di personale cosa c'entra con il fatto che il disinfettante, non è disinfettante ma sapone per le mani? le critiche devono essere considerate costruttive non ho detto nulla di falso ma semplicemente ciò che è...e cosa centra che quelli di fianco offrono il cibo, con il fatto che ho detto che avete i tavolini sporchi??? Sui tavolini c'è sempre residui di cose consumate nel vostro locale!! Non ho giudicato il prodotto...mentre lei ha offeso giudicando il mio modo di scrivere, con il T9 può capitare che qualche parola esca errata! Se avessi voluto tornare ora se lo scorda. In quanto al termine cibo, siccome non fate solo il gelato ho generalizzato...C'è modo e modo di rispondere alle recensioni. Aggiungo dunque che siete anche maleducati. Da scoprire! Provata anche la mousse Romagna, meno fredda che ricorda i tipici dolci romagnoli. Ma per chi ha problemi di intolleranza al latte ci sono gusti alla frutta senza latte e assolutamente estivi come il melone, si sente proprio il gusto della frutta. Bella location anche con piccola area riservata con tavolini e una piccola fontana con pesci rossi che fanno impazzire i più piccoli. Personale cortese e disponibile.
