L	Lucia Caserta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bar gestito da ragazzine che non hanno la minima idea di cosa voglia dire accoglienza senza alcuna cura nel dettaglio, aperitivi accompagnati "sotto richiesta" da stuzzichini secchi della mattina buttati come sporcizia su un tagliere, un tipico bar di piazza per adolescenti. M	Mattia Agostini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivati alle 23.00 ci siamo seduti, dopo 10 min arriva la cameriera a chiedere cosa volevamo… abbiamo chiesto il listino che ci arriva dopo altri ben 10 minuti….scegliamo….attendiamo ma non arriva ci guardiamo attorno ci guarda anche ma non viene…. Alle 23.30 mi sono rotta, ci siamo alzati e andati via…. Mezz’ora seduti senza nulla…. E non è che erano proprio indaffaratissimi che vedevi andare avanti indietro come pazzi…. Anzi vedevi parlare tranquillamente tra di loro o fermi su un tavolo a chiacchierare….. di solito non faccio molte recensioni, ma quando non c’è proprio un briciolo di attenzione al cliente che è la prima cosa….. e vedo che ci sono altri commenti così, perciò vedete voi se migliorare o continuare così. Ci hanno portato delle ciliegie impresentabili. Voto 0 !!!! Una vergogna The worst appetizer of my life !!! Mojito served in a cup where mint and sugar hadn't even been crushed. Poi abbiamo chiesto se ci potessero portare degli stuzzichini e hanno portato delle noccioline con un cucchiaino sporco di rossetto. Poi appena arrivati ci sediamo chiediamo il menu La cameriera: sono dietro di voi prendeteli Vedendo le nostre esperessioni visibilmente sconvolte ha fatto la finta tonta e li ha presi lei. E c’è anche da aggiungere che per chi di noi è andato alla toilette ha detto che era più che schifosa. Insomma secondo me potrebbero anche chiudere e far aprire in questo spazio così grande qualche cosa di più utile che un bar/gelateria/pasticceria così mediocre e schifoso. Caratteristico e originale l'arredamento interno. È uno dei punti di riferimento di Bellaria centro. We have always enjoyed it, both in summer and in winter. Friendly and helpful staff.
