We’ve been waiting since 1 hour for the food that we home ordered and WENT THERE TO PICK UP OURSELVES.
Absolute disregard for customer service and basic decency.
EDIT: To the owners, it’s not about feeling uncomfortable. You basically treat customers who order directly with you for home delivery this way without any shame. You clearly said that you are prioritising Just eat orders while so many others who ordered before were waiting.
Well that’s clearly because you think there are no consequences to making the other orders wait.
The solution is simple, stop taking orders on your own website or on the phone if you don’t have the staff and organisation to manage it :)
HINT: maybe don’t tell customers that other orders are more important than theirs and make them wait 1h30m to get their food?
Order at 7:30, get called at 8:45 to take the food but ultimately they’ll make you wait there until after 10 to get it :)
