l	lelena foschi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati in questo locale già 2 volte e torneremo sicuramente. L'ambiente giovane fresco e curato è il primo segno positivo del cambiamento di gestione. Ottima accoglienza da parte dei gestori, sorridenti ed educati. La prima cosa che si nota è sicuramente la pizza, subito assaggiata: impasto leggero (mi è stato spiegato, dato dalla lunga lievitazione) fragrante e farcitura di ottima qualità. Ottimi gli hamburger: pane fatto in casa, carne fresca macinata, formaggio, insalata e pomodoro, serviti con patatine e salse. Essendoci stati già 2 volte (e torneremo) abbiamo potuto assaggiare anche piadina e crescioni che non sono da meno: scelta di ingredienti di qualità ampia, giusto spessore dell'impasto e morbidezza e fragranza calcolati nella giusta maniera. Scelta valida di birre e bibite e possibilità di fare aperitivi con taglieri di affettati e formaggi. Detto questo, a parte che ci torneremo, mi fa piacere vedere ristorazioni che oltre alla bellezza della location credono ancora nella qualità del cibo e nella professionalità del personale. Una nuova gestione che spero duri per molto tempo! Provare per credere. We have been to this place twice already and will definitely be back. The fresh, well-groomed environment is the first positive sign of management change. Excellent welcome from managers, smiling and polite. The first thing you notice is definitely the pizza, immediately tasted: light dough (I was told, given the long leavening) fragrant and high quality filling. Excellent burgers: homemade bread, freshly ground beef, cheese, salad and tomato, served with chips and sauces. Having already been there 2 times (and we will return) we could also taste piadina and crescioni which are not inferior: choice of ingredients of wide quality, right thickness of the dough and softness and fragrance calculated in the right way. Valid selection of beers and drinks and the possibility of making aperitifs with cold cuts and cheeses. That said, apart from going back, I'm glad to see restaurants that, besides the beauty of the location, still believe in the quality of the food and the professionalism of the staff. A new management that I hope will last for a long time! Seeing is believing.

La pizza e gli hamburger (anche i buns sono fatti da loro!) sono davvero gustosissimi e si sente che sono fatti artigianalmente con le migliori materie prime... lo stomaco gode e ringrazia! La piadina poi è da vere "azdore"! Da provare e riprovare (e riprovare... ) ? The restaurant has been completely renovated and the new management offers pizzas, wraps and quality burgers. Il pizzaiolo neanche ha avuto la dignità di presentarsi. 10 e lode per la gentilezza dei ragazzi al tavolo. A devil, a 4 seasons, a hard tuna coka 1 tea 26 € Horrible pizza practically biscuit, inedible .. Io tutte le sere mangio qui, purché possiedo un locale vicino e mi è comodo, mangio sempre la pizza, e quella sera, l'altro ieri , per l'esattezza, mangiavo nel tavolo di fianco, mentre mangiavo la mia pizza diavola. La scenetta del signore la ho vista tutta, si è lamentato ad alta voce che la pizza era dura, la cameriera si e è proposta di rifare le pizze, ma gentilmente ha rifiutato, continuando a lamentarsi, ha visto uscire il sottocouco, e con aria da intenditore gli ha chiesto se era lui il pizzaiolo, perché la pizza era immangiabile. Aveva la pretesa che il cuoco lasciasse la cucina per parlare con lui, ma forse aveva altro da fare. Io comunque la pizza la ho sempre mangiata, forse a volte era più buona di altre, ma non ho mai avuto problemi. Il signore invece su 3 pizze che ha ordinato, anche se come dice lui erano dure, ha lasciato solo 2/3 spicchi. Ma è facile fare i leoni da tastiera, sputare sentenze sperando di non avere qualcuno che risponde. P.s. non scrivo perché conosco il locale, ma non sopporto la faciloneria che hanno questi leoni da tastiera. Poteva dare 3 stelle. Mine is not meant to be a review, but since negative reviews can ruin the reputation of a place, I would like to express my point of view regarding Mr Fabrizio Ballarini's review. I eat here every evening, as long as I have a place nearby and it's comfortable for me, I always eat pizza, and that evening, the day before yesterday, to be exact, I ate at the next table, while I ate my pizza diavola. I saw the whole skit of the gentleman, he complained loudly that the pizza was tough, the waitress proposed to redo the pizzas, but politely refused, continuing to complain, he saw the undercouco come out, and with air as a connoisseur he asked him if he was the pizza chef, because the pizza was inedible. He expected the cook to leave the kitchen to talk to him, but perhaps he had other things to do. Anyway, I've always eaten pizza, maybe sometimes it was better than others, but I've never had any problems. The gentleman, on the other hand, out of 3 pizzas he ordered, even if as he says they were tough, left only 2/3 slices. But it's easy to be keyboard lions, spitting out sentences hoping not to have someone respond. P.s. I don't write because I know the place, but I can't stand the carelessness that these keyboard lions have. Could give 3 stars.
