S	Svapo Shop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monolocal agréable, bien a l ombre, place de parking assuré, bonne clime. Je met 4 etoiles a cause des murs très fin ou on dirzis que les voisins s'invitent dans votre appartement... Sinon peu de choses a voir, pratiquement rien pour passer le temps en soirée, obligé se deplacer aux villages voisins pour trouver la vrais vie des soirées Italienne et enfin s amuser. Quartier vraiment tranquil pour se reposer. Plage très chers par rapport a Rimini ou autres plages voisines Monolocal pleasant, well in the shade, assured parking place, good clime. I put 4 stars because of the walls very thin or say that the neighbors are invited to your apartment ... Otherwise little to see, practically nothing to spend time in the evening, forced to move to the nearby villages to find the real life of Italian parties and finally have fun. Neighborhood really quiet to rest. Beach very expensive compared to Rimini or other nearby beaches

Consiglio vivamente se volete una vacanza rilassante e comoda. Perfect holiday from all points of view. Excellently finished, comfortable and well furnished house. Ottima pulizia e arredi nuovissimi nonchè tutti vicini al mare. Consigliatissimo I got to know Francesca and Ramona last year. They know how to take care of the apartments that they rent in a "maniacal" way and it shows. Excellent cleaning and brand new furnishings as well as all close to the sea. Highly recommended

L'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort, aria condizionata, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, macchina per il caffè ed antifurto. Ci sono due camere da letto, ognuna con bagno indipendente, un terrazzionp ed un giardino privato con sabbia ad uso esclusivo. Ed è l'unico con un box doccia invece che il classico bagno che si allaga ogni volta che si fa la doccia perché di solito esistono solo con la tendina. V	VALENTINA D'ACQUISTO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo weekend trascorso in uno splendido appartamento a 50 mt dal mare, comodo per chi non ha o non vuole prendere la macchina. Nel residence o nel giro di pochi metri ci sono tutti i servizi necessari per trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile. Residence curatissimo, dotato di parcheggio o posto auto, ottimo per famiglie data la vicinanza ai servizi più comuni. Consigliato vivamente. L'appartamento è attrezzatissimo e pulito, dotato di ogni comfort, patio esterno ampio e dotato di tutti i comfort: un comodo salottino sulla sabbia, grande tavolo, sedie e barbecue. In più un panorama meraviglioso. Sui proprietari non saprei da dove iniziare...gentilezza, cortesia, disponibilità, educazione, simpatia, discrezione! Per qualsiasi nostra necessità erano sempre pronti. Consigliato sotto tutti i punti di vista! S	Simona De Neri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moderno ma piccolo il Living per 3 adulti e un bambino. Ogni camera (sono due), ha un bagno. I terrazzini raggiungono a mala pena 1,5 m2. Il giardinetto di sabbia si trova a 30 m e quindi scomodo scendere per pasteggiare fuori e portarsi bimbi e cibi. Rumoroso dalle 6.30 alle 24. Impossibile usare l'auto la sera poiché si passa in zona pedonale in mezzo alla folla e sul marciapiedi. Le bici non sono funzionali. Non c'è una moka, solo le cialde care che forniscono loro. Presente l'induzione in cucina e quindi bisogna avere la moka idonea. L'allarme scatta anche quando non l'hai azionato. Non fanno il cambio biancheria anche se si alloggia per 3 settimane per la modica cifra di 4.500 Euro. Lettino, seggiolino bici non compresi . Un posteggio disponibile nonostante l'appartamento abbia 6 letti e un divano letto. Se prenotato forse c'è posto in garage per 50 Euro la settimana. Adoro S.Mauro e non ho trovato altro. Il Comune ha fatto grandi sforzi per mettere a disposizione cassonetti privati per la differenziata, per ogni appartamento. Modern but small the Living for 3 adults and a child. Noisy from 6.30 to 24. Impossible to use the car in the evening as you pass in the pedestrian area in the middle of the crowd and on the sidewalks. The bikes are not functional. There is no mocha, just the expensive waffles they provide. There is induction in the kitchen and therefore you need to have a suitable moka. The alarm goes off even when you haven't activated it. They do not change linen even if you stay for 3 weeks for the modest sum of 4,500 Euros. Cot, bicycle seat not included. Parking is available despite the apartment having 6 beds and a sofa bed. If booked, perhaps there is space in the garage for 50 Euros per week. I love S.Mauro and I have not found anything else. The Municipality has made great efforts to provide private bins for recycling for each apartment.
