D	Doreen Brück on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein wundervoll gepflegtes und helles Appartement. Wir können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen, denn das Appartement sowie die Vermieter sind top!. Unser Appartement war sauber, ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben viele schöne Abende auf dem großzügigen Balkon verbracht. Der Strand ist schnell erreicht und ein Einkaufszentrum ist ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen (z.B mit den gepflegten Fahrrädern der Vermieter). Viele Appartments sind für die Urlauber vor Ort doch keines hat uns so umgehauen wie dieses. Gerade als deutsche Urlauber fühlt man sich hier gut untergekommen. Hier lässt es sich gut gehen! A wonderfully well-kept and bright apartment. We can recommend this accommodation, because the apartment and the landlord are great !. Our apartment was clean, tidy and nicely decorated. We spent many beautiful evenings on the spacious balcony. The beach can be reached quickly and a shopping center can also be reached quickly (e.g. with the well-kept bicycles of the landlord). Many apartments are for the vacationers on site but none of them blew us away like this one. Especially as a German holidaymaker, you feel comfortable here. You can have a good time here!
G	GIORDANA MONTALI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamente molto spazioso, e tranquillo, e sopratutto pulitissimo. non manca niente : microonde, lavatrice, forno...Nessuno bisogno di macchina, che può rimanere parcheggiata negli spazi privati all'interno della Villa; tutto e raggiungibile a piedi (centro comerciale, spaggia), ed anche vicino degli bus x andare a Rimini. Proprietari veramente molto molto gentili. ci torneremo sicuramente Very spacious, and quiet, and above all very clean. nothing is missing: microwave, washing machine, oven ... No need for a car, which can remain parked in the private spaces inside the Villa; everything is within walking distance (shopping center, beach), and also near the bus to go to Rimini. Really very very kind owners. we will definitely be back

L'appartamento comodo e la pulizia eccellente I proprietari persone squisite la casa situata in una zona molto tranquilla ma vicinissima al centro del paese ed anche alle spiagge... Sicuramente un luogo in qui tornerò e lo consiglio a chi vuole mare e tranquillità. Comfortable apartment and excellent cleaning The owners exquisite people the house located in a very quiet area but very close to the town center and also to the beaches ... Le bici offerte gratuitamente sono un valore aggiunto, l'ideale per andare e venire dalla spiaggia e raggiungere i paesi vicini. Vicinissimo il grande centro commerciale. La doccia è aperta quindi un po' scomoda per una famiglia...ma è da apprezzare il fatto che venga lasciata così appositamente per accogliere persone con difficoltà motorie. Spacious and clean apartment in a very quiet area. The owners are very nice and helpful. The bikes offered for free are an added value, ideal for coming and going from the beach and reaching neighboring countries. Very close to the large shopping center. The shower is open so a bit uncomfortable for a family ... but it is to be appreciated that it is left so specifically to accommodate people with mobility difficulties.

Avendo un bimbo piccolo e un cane, abbiamo optato per l’appartamento al piano terra. Spaziosissimo e comodissimo! Con il giardino ad uso esclusivo dove poter mangiare. Proprietari gentilissimi e super disponibili. Sicuramente torneremo!!! :) Ottima per chi ama la tranquillità a due passi dal mare Initially booked for 2 weeks in June, we enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend it for another week! Having a small child and a dog, we opted for the ground floor apartment. Very spacious and very comfortable! With the garden for exclusive use where you can eat. Very kind and super helpful owners. We will definitely be back !!! :) Excellent for those who love tranquility a stone's throw from the sea

Terrazzo spettacolare più balcone davvero molto utile lungo tutte le camere e soggiorno. La tripla esposizione garantisce una ventilazione perfetta. Adatto per famiglie con ragazzi. Ringrazio la famiglia Minghini per la cordialità e disponibilità per qualsiasi necessità. Ritorneremo, sicuramente. We spent the first week of July 2021 on the first floor. Very spacious and finely furnished apartment. Spectacular terrace plus a very useful balcony along all bedrooms and living room. The triple exposure ensures perfect ventilation. Suitable for families with children. I thank the Minghini family for their cordiality and availability for any need. We will definitely be back.

Lo spazio interno è molto spazioso ed è composto da soggiorno con cucinotto, 2 belle stanze ampie ed un bagno. All'esterno è a disposizione uno spazio con tavolo coperto da un patio dove si può pranzare/cenare. Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e sicuramente torneremo. Un particolare ringraziamento alla gentilezza, disponibilità e simpatia di Marco e la sua Famiglia!! Ciao a presto We stayed for a month in July 2021 on the ground floor. The interior space is very spacious and consists of a living room with kitchenette, 2 beautiful large rooms and a bathroom. Outside there is a space with a table covered by a patio where you can have lunch / dinner. The stay was very pleasant and we will definitely be back.
