Un luogo molto molto tranquillo, immerso nel curatissimo verde, a pochi minuti dalla bella spiaggia attrezzata, lontano dall'afa e dal caos della città ma con possibilità di raggiungere il centro di Castiglione della Pescaia anche passeggiando o più comodamente in bici o in auto. Un alloggio con accesso sia interno alla grande struttura, sia con accesso esterno indipendente, ha ampiamente soddisfatto le nostre aspettative, avendo potuto facilmente pranzare o cenare tramite asporto grazie al mini market e al ristorante, gestiti da una famiglia veramente deliziosa che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa, e che ha coccolato noi e il nostro bimbo per tutto il soggiorno, sempre sorridenti e pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra necessità con ottimi pasti (addirittura regalandoci sempre qualcosa! Incredibili). Anche lo staff della struttura molto cordiale e socievole, inclusa l'animazione dei bimbi. E poi svegliarsi al mattino presto con il profumo delle brioches del bar, era stupendo, oltre a poter comodamente mangiare sull'ampio terrazzo. Alloggio dotato di tutto il necessario, nonostante avessimo scelto quello non recentemente ristrutturato, cucina comunque nuova e armadi molto capienti, con cambio biancheria e asciugamani settimanale (mancano solo le tovaglie, ma avendoci avvisati l'abbiamo portata da casa). La piscina era ben curata, come anche i campi per il tennis o da calcetto. Il parcheggio nella pineta era più che sufficiente per tutti gli ospiti. Per noi nessun problema a fare gli scalini per raggiungere l'alloggio! Speriamo di tornare a soggiornare da voi! Just what we were looking for! A very very quiet place, surrounded by well-kept greenery, a few minutes from the beautiful equipped beach, away from the heat and chaos of the city but with the possibility of reaching the center of Castiglione della Pescaia even by walking or more comfortably by bike or by car. An accommodation with both internal access to the large structure, and with independent external access, has largely met our expectations, having been able to easily have lunch or dinner via take-out thanks to the mini market and restaurant, managed by a truly delightful family who made us feel immediately at home, and who pampered us and our baby throughout the stay, always smiling and ready to satisfy our every need with excellent meals (even giving us always something! Incredible). The staff of the structure is also very friendly and sociable, including the animation of the children. And then waking up early in the morning with the scent of brioches from the bar, it was wonderful, as well as being able to comfortably eat on the large terrace. Accommodation equipped with everything you need, despite having chosen the one not recently renovated, still new kitchen and very spacious wardrobes, with weekly change of linen and towels (only the tablecloths are missing, but having warned us we brought it from home). The swimming pool was well maintained, as were the tennis or soccer fields. Parking in the pine forest was more than enough for all guests. No problem for us to climb the steps to reach the accommodation! We hope to return to stay with you!

La struttura di trova in un parco con giardino curato. Dispone di un bar e di un minimarket piccolo ma con tutto il necessario per gli appartamenti. La piscina è immersa nel verde, pulita e non affollata. C'è anche un ristorante con pizzeria non male. L'appartamento a noi destinato è grande, con mobili nuovi. La cucina ha stoviglie e pentole a sufficienza. Molto bello il terrazzo per cenare all'aperto. Il residence è fuori dal centro, ma il mare non è distante. Pago di questo la tranquillità serale. Consigliato vivamente quindi. Excellent structure, dated but still well maintained and complete with all the necessary services. The reception staff are very kind. The property is located in a park with a well-kept garden. It has a bar and a small minimarket but with everything you need for the apartments. The pool is surrounded by greenery, clean and not crowded. There is also a restaurant with a not bad pizzeria. The apartment intended for us is large, with new furniture. The kitchen has enough dishes and pans. The terrace for outdoor dining is very nice. The residence is outside the center, but the sea is not far away. I pay for this the evening tranquility. Highly recommended then.

The problem kind of was, that there was nothing going on, even though there were possibilities to. (Went there Late July - Early August 2018)

The garden around the resort it's very well taken care. Amazing nature! Peaceful area. Incredible surroundings. 700/800m from the beach which you do it perfectly as it is so refreshing and peaceful walking along the road being surrounded by that incredible nature and smell. Loved it.
