Il residence si trova in una posizione ideale; a pochi passi si hanno a disposizione lido, lungolago, bar, ristoranti, pizzerie e pub. Anche il suggestivo centro storico di Castiglione si raggiunge facilmente a piedi in 10 minuti. Consiglio anche il noleggio di bici, data la presenza di piste ciclabili che consentono suggestive escursioni. Tutte le principali mete della zona, per escursioni e gite, si trovano nel raggio di 30 minuti al massimo di auto, o di traghetto. Il soggiorno al residence è piacevole, con gli appartamenti puliti e ben arredati, il bar, la piscina con idromassaggio e gli altri servizi disponibili. Un capitolo a parte sono i proprietari e gestori, Edy e Alfonso, persone squisite; attenti, gentili e disponibili vi metteranno subito a vostro agio rendendo la vacanza davvero gradevole. Ci siamo sentiti praticamente in famiglia. Ciliegina sulla torta Samuele, il loro bimbo, un vero gioiello al cui sorriso è impossibile rimanere indifferenti. Recommended for any type of holiday. The residence is in an ideal location; within walking distance you will find lido, lakefront, bars, restaurants, pizzerias and pubs. Even the charming old town of Castiglione is easily reached on foot in 10 minutes. I also recommend bike rental, given the presence of bike paths that allow suggestive excursions. All the main destinations in the area, for excursions and trips, are within 30 minutes by car, or by ferry. The stay at the residence is pleasant, with the clean and well-furnished apartments, the bar, the swimming pool with whirlpool and the other services available. A separate chapter are the owners and managers, Edy and Alfonso, exquisite people; attentive, kind and helpful they will put you immediately at ease making the holiday really pleasant. We felt practically at home. The icing on the cake Samuele, their baby, a real jewel whose smile makes it impossible to remain indifferent.
J	Jack Jack on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente un attimo per ringraziare Alfonso e Edy per avermi fatto trascorrere una settimana di vacanza così come volevo in un periodo in cui ne avevo proprio necessità. Totale relax. La struttura è molto carina, pulita, immersa nel verde, e ogni appartamento ha un piccolo giardino da dove è possibile ammirare i bei tramonti di Castiglione del Lago. Zona ben servita, lago, ristoranti, pizzerie, bar, spiaggia, supermercati ecc ecc tutto quanto a due passi dal Residence Ranieri. Spero di poterci ritornare. Grazie ancora di tutto :) Finally a moment to thank Alfonso and Edy for making me spend a week of vacation as I wanted in a time when I really needed it. Total relaxation. The structure is very pretty, clean, surrounded by greenery, and each apartment has a small garden where you can admire the beautiful sunsets of Castiglione del Lago. Area well served, lake, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, beach, supermarkets etc etc all as close to the Ranieri Residence. I hope to be able to return. Thanks again for everything :)

La piscina è l'ideale per rilassarsi. Il nostro appartamento aveva tutti i confort e anche il nostro cagnolino è stato benissimo. Excellent location with very kind owners. Great location for visiting the surroundings. It is the ideal place to enjoy the lake and the splendid Castiglione. The pool is ideal for relaxing. Our apartment had all the comforts and even our dog was very well.
S	Stefan Marquardt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Camping Feeling in einem kleinem Appartment. Hatten eines ganz am Ende der Anlage an der ruhigen Nebenstraße. Unser Bad war so klein das man entweder das WC oder die Dusche benutzen kann, trotzdem ist noch Platz für ein Bidet. Aber es gibt auch andere Appartments wo das Bad angemessen groß ist. Schlafzimmer gut, Bett groß und komfortabel, Küche auch gut ausgestattet. Das einzige wirklich Negative ist die Hellhörigkeit. Man könnte sich prima durch die Wand unterhalten, jedenfalls bei uns. Aber jeder hat sich dementsprechend verhalten und ab Mitternacht bis 0700 war Ruhe. Die Fenster sind mit Netzen ausgestattet was auch wichtig ist da man hier vom See neben Mücken viele spezielle Fliegen hat. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool an der Straße wie man ihn von Motels aus den USA kennt. Der See ist sehr nah, dort gibt es Restaurants bzw. eine Bar. Der See selbst war jetzt im September nicht mehr voll so dass Baden keine Option war. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Stadt. An der Strandpromenade gibt es einen kleinen Vergnügungspark für Kinder. Duschen sind auch vorhanden. Wir haben das Frühstück gebucht und es war besser als zuerst erwartet, alles was zum italienischen Frühstück dazugehört. Unser Wagen war sonnengeschützt in der Tiefgarage, das hatten wir noch nirgendwo zuvor. Sehr freundlicher und liebevoller Service, wir waren am Abreisetag noch in der Stadt und konnten den Wagen solange in der Garage lassen. Als wir uns verabschiedeten wurde uns noch ein Kaffee zum Abschied angeboten. Bis auf die Hellhörigkeit und das kleine WC in unserem Appartment WC top. Camping feeling in a small apartment. Had one at the very end of the complex on the quiet side street. Our bathroom was so small that you can either use the toilet or the shower, but there is still space for a bidet. But there are also other apartments where the bathroom is adequately large. Bedroom good, bed large and comfortable, kitchen also well equipped. The only really negative is the clairaudience. You could have a great conversation through the wall, at least here with us. But everyone behaved accordingly and from midnight until 0700 there was silence. The windows are equipped with nets, which is also important because you have many special flies from the lake in addition to mosquitoes. There is a small pool on the street as you know it from motels in the USA. The lake is very close, there are restaurants and a bar there. The lake itself was no longer full in September so bathing was not an option. You can walk to town in 10 minutes. There is a small amusement park for children on the beach promenade. Showers are also available. We booked breakfast and it was better than first expected, everything that goes with an Italian breakfast. Our car was sheltered from the sun in the underground car park, something we have never had before. Very friendly and loving service, we were still in town on the day of departure and could leave the car in the garage for as long. When we said goodbye, we were offered a farewell coffee. Except for the clairaudience and the small toilet in our apartment toilet top.

Relaxing place, spotless rooms, magnificent breakfast and the owner Edy very kind, welcoming and helpful. I would say all magnificent.

Gli appartamenti sono freschi, il giardino è molto ombroso e nonostante le alte temperature non si soffre il caldo. Grande comprensione e disponibilità anche per il cane che è stato benissimo, coccolato da tutti. Il lago e tutti i dintorni sono posti fantastici. Siamo stati benissimo. Ci torneremo sicuramente. The residence is managed by a young couple. Very kind and very helpful. The residence is clean and well maintained. Very peaceful and quiet. The apartments are cool, the garden is very shady and despite the high temperatures you don't suffer from the heat. Great understanding and availability also for the dog who was very well, pampered by everyone. The lake and all the surroundings are fantastic places. We had a great time. We will definitely be back.
R	Red919 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La nostra prima gita in moto fuori porta partiti da Riccione senza una meta prefissata,ci siamo fermati da Alfonso ed edy titolari magnifici molto gentili e disponibili ad aiutare in qualsiasi modo da dove poter mangiare a ciò che c e da visitare nei paraggi. Sfortunatamente abbiamo solo un giorno e mezzo ma Sicuramente torneremo per passare una bella settimana,a due passi dal lago e dal centro storico arroccato,vicini a Montalcino e ad altre località per spostarsi tranquillante per visite e camminate. Appartamentini molto confortevoli e belli con possibilità di parcheggio sotterraneo,fitness e piscina con giardino immerso nel verde Da soggiornare assolutamente!!! Un saluto da fabio ed erika Our first out-of-town motorcycle trip left Riccione without a fixed destination, we stopped by Alfonso and edy magnificent owners very kind and willing to help in any way from where to eat to what there is to visit nearby. Unfortunately we only have a day and a half but we will surely come back to spend a nice week, a stone's throw from the lake and the perched historic center, close to Montalcino and other places to move around for visits and walks. Very comfortable and beautiful apartments with the possibility of underground parking, fitness and swimming pool with garden surrounded by greenery To stay absolutely !!! G	Gigi Merico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'appartamento che ho abitato per una settimana è ben tenuto. Cucina, camera da letto e bagno ampio. Non c'è aria condizionata. I gestori sono disponibili e simpatici. Il caffè a colazione è davvero ottimo, da bar del centro. In 5 minuti a piedi si arriva sul lago, in 15 minuti (sempre a piedi) nel centro storico di Castiglione. Il posto auto si trova facilmente anche sulla strada, a pochi passi dal residence. The apartment I lived in for a week is well maintained. Kitchen, bedroom and large bathroom. There is no air conditioning. The managers are helpful and nice. The coffee at breakfast is really good, from a downtown bar. In 5 minutes on foot you arrive on the lake, in 15 minutes (always on foot) in the historic center of Castiglione. The parking space is also easily found on the street, a few steps from the residence.
