Belli e confrortevoli gli appartamenti, stupenda la piscina.Ottima base per le escursioni di luoghi come Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana da favola. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili ad esaudire le richieste dei clienti. Sicuramente ritorneremo! Enchanting place, surrounded by nature. The apartments are beautiful and comfortable, the swimming pool is wonderful. Excellent base for excursions to places such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio. We spent a fabulous week. Very kind owners and very willing to fulfill customer requests. We will definitely return!

La titolare è deliziosa, la sua disponibilità è spiazzante e sono rimasta molto colpita da questo, difficile trovare persone così. Il personale gentilissimo. The place is very quiet, for a totally relaxing holiday. Basic apartment but nothing is missing. Cleaned up. Very nice swimming pool. Per me ,mio marito e il nostro cane Nemo Diamo 100 e lode Grazie Donatella sei unica . Più massaggio che ti rimette al mondo. The owner Donatella is a lady Exceptional, it makes delicious desserts, freshly baked, very nice place with a view of Lake Trasimeno, Super clean apartment Nice chlorine-free swimming pool, very welcome He accepts dogs and also loves them. Also the support to get us back on our track to Assisi. Bicycle riders have to be aware of a hard final climb to the Residence. But it is well worth the sweat..
