β β β β β What a great place! This Boutique hotel is all you can dream, stylish, cozy, peacefull. In the middle of nowhere and newr to all you can think to visit! Perugia, assisi, winery, olive oil farm, all minutes away!

β β β β β My husband and I stayed here for 3 wonderful nights and we love it. It is extremely quite, the staff is so very friendly and accommodating and the views are spectacular.
Definitely a big hotel room and bath for Europe and everything is upscale. The bed and pillows - and towels - are very comfortable.
We had a view on the 2nd (European) floor of the magnificent valley of Umbria. It also overlooked their beautiful pool.
The morning breakfast buffet is sumptuous, with a lovely lady available for making espressos and cappuccinos.
The lobby is like an old farmhouse, but extremely luxurious, and a great fireplace to lounge around. Biscotti and snacks are always available.
Their restaurant, Siri (a few short blocks away) is also a real gem - delicious food and ambiance. We highly recommend it.

β β β β β I wish I could give this place 2 or 3 more stars. It definitely deserves them. Not sure where to start but all I like to say is that I will definitely go back. A personal thank you to Fabrizio that made our visit even better. Keep up the marvelous work. ?
