Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. We slept one night on a motorcycle trip. Great accommodation, spacious and clean. Comfortable beds, great breakfast. Very nice and helpful owner.

Lo è per il verde che ne fa da cornice e che fa dimenticare i rumori dei tempi moderni, per la piscina dove ci si può rilassare tra una gita e l'altra, per la pulizia delle stanze o dei monolocali dove si trova ogni comodità, per la colazione abbondante e di qualità. Molte cose sfuggono adesso alla mente, ma basta dire che la struttura eccelle in tutto. In ultimo, ma non certamente per importanza, scrivo del Sig. Luigi che a cominciare dal check in fino ai saluti si è dimostrata persona di grande umanità, disponibilità e professionalità. Dunque il mio consiglio è quello di provare questa struttura, che sia per una vacanza o per un fine settimana lungo, nella certezza che non ne rimarrete delusi! 5 stars for everything! The structure is a true corner of paradise, at the height of the fantastic area in which it is located. It is for the greenery that frames it and makes you forget the noises of modern times, for the swimming pool where you can relax between one trip and another, for the cleaning of the rooms or studios where every comfort is found, for the abundant and quality breakfast. Many things escape the mind now, but suffice it to say that the structure excels in everything. Last but certainly not least, I am writing about Mr. Luigi who, starting from the check in to the greetings, proved to be a person of great humanity, availability and professionalism. So my advice is to try this property, whether it's for a holiday or a long weekend, in the certainty that you won't be disappointed!
D	Domenico Castellaneta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il residence è davvero in una posizione invidiabile, a circa cento metri dal lago ed a poco più di 300 dal centro storico. Dispone di una comoda piscina, molto pulita e l'appartamento a noi dedicato era grazioso, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Il proprietario infine è sempre stato disponibile. Alcune cose però sono assolutamente da migliorare, poiché non vanno per niente bene: innanzi tutto le zanzariere; ogni sistemazione che si rispetti e soprattutto d'estate dovrebbe averle perché si rischia di passare la notte a caccia dei fastidiosi insetti; ancora più grave la colazione: dopo aver chiamato, fatto presente di una persona celiaca, inserito la colazione durante la prenotazione, il mattino seguente, a fronte di ogni ben di dio "tradizionale", mia moglie si è vista per lei scartare da un anonimo cestino, preso da uno scaffale, un pacchettino con 2 fette biscottate completamente frantumate, un pacchettino da 6 biscotti anemici ed una microscopica madelene, il tutto rigorosamente senza indicazione alcuna. Ovvio che quelle misere cose sono rimaste poi intoccate sul tavolo. Chi gestisce (ed ancor di più se avvertito) deve garantire all'ospite con allergie, che paga come tutti gli altri, lo stesso trattamento di chi non le ha e con le stesse sicurezze. The residence is truly in an enviable position, about one hundred meters from the lake and just over 300 from the historic center. It has a comfortable swimming pool, very clean and the apartment dedicated to us was nice, clean and equipped with all comforts. Finally, the owner has always been available. Some things, however, are absolutely to be improved, since they are not going well at all: first of all the mosquito nets; every self-respecting accommodation and especially in summer it should have them because you risk spending the night hunting for annoying insects; even more serious is the breakfast: after having called, informed of a celiac person, inserted breakfast during the booking, the following morning, in the face of all "traditional" good things, my wife saw herself rejected for her by an anonymous basket, taken from a shelf, a packet with 2 completely crushed rusks, a packet of 6 anemic biscuits and a microscopic madelene, all strictly without any indication. Obviously those miserable things then remained untouched on the table. Those who manage (and even more so if warned) must guarantee guests with allergies, who pay like everyone else, the same treatment as those who do not have them and with the same safety.

Parcheggio disponibile, gratis e grande davanti alla struttura. Colazione non inclusa, ma per 5 euro la si puó avere, abbondante e varia. A pochi metri dal lago. Nelle vicinanze si trovano una pizzeria ed un ristorante che si raggiungono in 5 minuti a piedi. In 10 minuti, sempre a piedi, si raggiunge il castello. Il gestore é molto cortese. Stop for one night to break the journey back from vacation. Clean rooms, large swimming pool available to guests. Parking available, free and large in front of the structure. Breakfast not included, but for 5 euros you can have it, abundant and varied. A few meters from the lake. Nearby there are a pizzeria and a restaurant that can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. In 10 minutes, always on foot, you can reach the castle. The manager is very courteous.

Owner extremely helpful in every way including guiding us to a restaurant in the Old Town. Swimming pool delightful and completely uncrowded Would happily stay again
