Great B&B, great location parking spaces available inside the courtyard. Breakfast very abundant and of excellent quality. Professional and very helpful owners. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto perfetto la signora Giovanna ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra la colazione con dolci fatti da lei è buona e abbondante il parcheggio ampio e camera pulita. Per ultimo ma non in ordine di importanza la magnifica vista sul Lago Trasimeno
All perfect, Mrs. Giovanna made us feel like at home our breakfast with sweets made by her is good and abundant with ample parking and clean room. Last but not least, the magnificent view of Lake Trasimeno

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In pratica avrete una stanza a disposizione di un'unica Villa, bella la Villa, con vista sul lago. Nella nostra stanza abbiamo avuto un problema con il riscaldamento, ci ha messo un po' ad accendersi, e lo scarico non funzionava bene. Il personale era disponibilissimo, però non è sempre presente (la conduzione famigliare in questo non aiuta), c'è bisogno di suonare per chiamarlo, non si può tornare più tardi della mezzanotte in villa. Colazione buonissima e abbondante.
In practice you will have a room available to a single Villa, the beautiful Villa, with a view of the lake. In our room we had a problem with the heating, it took a while to turn on, and the drain didn't work well. The staff was extremely helpful, but it is not always present (the family management does not help in this), there is need to ring to call it, you cannot return later than midnight in the villa. Very good and abundant breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carmelo è Luana sono stati eccezionali, cordiali e gentili. Chiamarlo B&B è riduttivo, per l eleganza, raffinatezza ed il confort delle camere. Sembra di potersi quasi truffare sul lago, vista fantastica. La posizione permette di passare da Roma a Firenze, a Pisa ecc. in poco tempo. Consigliatissimo!
Carmelo is Luana they were exceptional, friendly and kind. Calling it B&B is an understatement, for the elegance, refinement and comfort of the rooms. It seems to be almost cheating on the lake, fantastic view. The position allows to pass from Rome to Florence, to Pisa etc. in a short time. Highly recommended!

Location bella perla posizione vista lago, ma in camera forte odore di muffa/umidità, non c'era l'aria condizionata, abbiamo chiesto un ventilatore che però non ci ha consentito di riposare bene visto il caldo. Materassi e cuscini scomodissimi....il bagno in comune (non era chiaramente indicato nella prenotazione), la signora riferisce che il bagno era a nostro uso esclusivo ma di notte gli altri ospiti l'hanno usato. All'interno sembra la casa degli orrori, suppellettili impolverati ovunque da carcasse di animali imbalsamati a rocce, a tutta una collezione di bottiglie blu. Orribile.
La colazione scarsa in quantità e scadente... tutto acquistato all'eurospin, inoltre brioches, biscotti, yogurt non sufficienti x gli ospiti presenti ed erano secchi, vecchi. La signora continuava a fumare senza occuparsi degli ospiti, nonostante le nostre richieste (latte fresco, cucchiaio ecc). Pagato tantissimo x ciò che abbiamo ricevuto e per la qualità scadente del servizio.
Hideous place. Location beautiful pearl location overlooking the lake, but in the room strong smell of mold / humidity, there was no air conditioning, we asked for a fan but it did not allow us to rest well given the heat. Uncomfortable mattresses and pillows .... the shared bathroom (it was not clearly indicated in the booking), the lady reports that the bathroom was for our exclusive use but at night the other guests used it. Inside it looks like the house of horrors, dusty furnishings everywhere from stuffed animal carcasses to rocks, to a whole collection of blue bottles. Horrible.
The breakfast was scarce in quantity and poor ... all purchased at Eurospin, also not enough croissants, biscuits, yogurt for the guests present and they were dry, old. The lady continued to smoke without taking care of the guests, despite our requests (fresh milk, spoon etc). Paid a lot for what we received and for the poor quality of the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo far presente a Tiziana Carone, ( che non e' mai stata cliente di Villa Trasimeno affittacamere) adesso io non so dove lei sia mai stata , ma certo non da noi. Questa e' una diffamazione bella e buona, Se fate recensioni, siate sicuri che la fate sulla struttura in cui avete soggiornato.
le nostre camere hanno tutte aria condizionata e Ventilatore da soffitto, e bagno privato, quindi gia' su questi due commenti sappiamo che non e' stata nostra cliente,
e ovviamente non ci risulta sulle nostre prenotazioni o ricevute fiscali.
Quindi chiedo alla sig.ra Carone che rimuova Immediatamente questa recensione, Grazie , siccome io non controllo il web mi sono accorto adesso di aver avuto 3 Anni di una pessima pubblicita' che non ci appartiene.
I wanted to point out to Tiziana Carone, (who has never been a guest of Villa Trasimeno guest house) now I don't know where she has ever been, but certainly not with us. This is a nice and good defamation, If you do reviews, be sure you do it on the structure in which you have stayed.
our rooms all have air conditioning and ceiling fan, and private bathroom, so already on these two comments we know that it was not our customer,
and obviously there is no information on our reservations or tax receipts.
So I ask Ms Carone to immediately remove this review, Thanks, since I don't check the web I have now realized that I have had 3 years of bad publicity that does not belong to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carmen and Luana are THE MOST GRACIOUS HOSTS! The value and insights of a lifetime! Cozy, lovely, tasteful B&B lovingly and thoughtfully designed to offer guests a 5-star experience. We had a fabulous breakfast spread upon rising each morning: croissants, scones, fruits, eggs, juices and plentiful coffee. Carmen was our capable chauffeur, tour guide, translator, sommelier, etc. touring us to our selected destinations. He knew just how to plan our days efficiently, how to get there, where to park, surprise shopkeeper visits and magnificent venues to see (even several off the beaten path), history, lore, lots and lots of little insights and enthusiasm for Italy! He picked 4 of us up (in his Mercedes luxury van) on a Sunday morning as we checked out of our Florence hotel, toured us through Pisa and the Tuscany countryside en route to their B&B, adding so much local flavor and narration. Greeted us with an awesome evening toast and pampered us complete for 4 days, even driving us to airport. We paid extra only for souvenirs and €35 at a local winery. All inclusive was unbelievably low so fair. Do not think twice! This should be your hone base for your Italy visits. Carmen will your (group) you all around within about 200 km radius of their B&B
