 Lovely place on the Trasimeno lake in Passignano (Pg). Surrounded by nature and by the lake. Equipped with every comfort always respecting the environment. Friendly, professional and always available staff! I highly recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positief: Schone en ruime accommodatie. Lekker zwembad en heerlijk grote tuin tot aan het meer.. Negatief: De keuken was onvoldoende ingericht om te kunnen koken. Veel basis spullen waren niet aanwezig. De eigenaar heeft ons wel direct voorzien van de benodigde spullen toen we hierom vroegen!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Die Lage war perfekt! Eigener Seezugang und ein super Startpunkt für kleinere Tagesausflüge in die wunderschöne Umgebung! Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und einfach in traumhaft schönen Ambiente, umringt von Olivenbäumen und viel Ruhe! Das Häuschen war sehr schön und sauber! Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar! Er hat uns z.B. Fahrräder umsonst zur Verfügung gestellt, um den See zu erkunden!. Negativ: Die Küche war an sich gut ausgestattet, aber es fehlte an ein paar Kleinigkeiten (z.B. Korkenzieher oder Pfannenwender). Evtl. selbst mitbringen! Ansonsten war alles da (Waschmaschine, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, etc.) Tipp: evtl. Wäscheleine selbst mitbringen!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segnalo che, chiamando al numero segnato su Google, si riceva una risposta da un altro stabile, gestito dalla stessa signora, che però non ha modo di sapere per quale hotel si stia chiamando. Per questo, e per la brutta esperienza nel provare a risolvere il malinteso, culminato con un "è colpa vostra che non avete capito quando a telefono ho detto il nome dell'altro hotel", do questa recensione ed invito la proprietaria a risolvere questo disguido che potrebbe portare a problemi futuri.
I point out that, by calling the number marked on Google, you will receive an answer from another building, managed by the same lady, who, however, has no way of knowing which hotel you are calling for. For this, and for the bad experience in trying to solve the misunderstanding, which culminated in a "it's your fault that you didn't understand when I said the name of the other hotel on the phone", I give this review and invite the owner to resolve this misunderstanding which could lead to future problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati nei giorni dell'Epifania e ci siamo trovati bene. La struttura è proprio in riva al Lago e quindi ha una posizione bellissima, non lontano dal centro abitato di Passignano. L'appartamento era confortevole e pulito, il titolare è stato gentilissimo. L'unica pecca secondo me è stata la mancanza di coperte aggiuntive. Erano giorni un pò freddi e una coperta in più non avrebbe fatto male. Comunque grazie dell'ospitalità.
We stayed in the days of the Epiphany and we enjoyed it. The property is right by the lake and therefore has a beautiful location, not far from the town of Passignano. The apartment was comfortable and clean, the owner was very kind. The only flaw in my opinion was the lack of additional blankets. Those were a bit cold days and an extra blanket wouldn't hurt. Anyway thanks for the hospitality.
