★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto sarebbe carino ma la scortesia della ragazza alla reception è stata unica. Dopo avergli chiesto se potevamo lasciare l'appartamento alle 16 non ci ha informato che in quel caso avremmo dovuto pagare un supplemento di 80 €, dico ottanta per un appartamento che sarebbe rimasto vuoto. Al mio rifiuto di pagare tale cifra non comunicata si è messa a parlare in ladino con un responsabile e ha bisbigliato che ero un tirchio. Estremamente scorretta, io la licenzierei!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un ottimo soggiorno! Personale molto disponibile e pulizia effettuata tutti i giorni! Per la doccia conviene portarsi dietro bagnoschiuma e shampoo, perche ci sono solo le saponette ed in cucina ci sono gli utensili, ma serve tutto a partire da sale zucchero, scottex detersivo per piatti, una volta che si sa questo vale la pena soggiornarci!
VIsta mozzafiato, pulizia,vicinanze alle piste e personale giovane e gentile!
A great stay! Very helpful and cleaning done daily! For the shower it is advisable to bring along shower gel and shampoo, because there are only soap bars and in the kitchen there are utensils, but it serves everything from sugar salt, scottex detergent for dishes, once you know this it is worth staying!
VIsta breathtaking, clean, close to the slopes and a young and kind staff!

From the terrace you have a beautiful view over the center of San Cassiano and the nearby mountains. Affordable price and very convenient parking nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo soggiorno di 3 gg, non potevamo fare scelta migliore il personale lo gestisce in maniera impeccabile e con gentilezza e cortesia. Consiglio vivamente anche x l'ottima locazione al centro del paese con servizi accessibili senza utilizzo di auto.
Ci ritorneremo.
Excellent 3 day stay, we could not have made a better choice, the staff manages it impeccably and with kindness and courtesy. I also highly recommend x the excellent location in the center of the country with accessible services without the use of cars.
We will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residence Ploner is beautifully kept, the apartments are average sized, comfortable and very very clean. Remove all ornaments to a cupboard in case you break them unintentionally, you will be charged!
