Lo sconsiglio a tutti, sono stato qui perchè era l'unico posto disponibile che ho trovato ad oliveri, ma non ci ritornerò mai più. Giuseppe. Senza parlare dei topi che ballano sul tetto ma tutto sommato il Proprietario e una bravissima persona e gentile e cordiale ma tutto sommato con 30 euro a notte nn si poteva trovare di peggio alla prossima. I bungalow sono vecchi sporchi e pieni di ruggine (si consiglia antitetanica prima di andare ). sconsigliatissimo per le famiglie con bambini piccoli. place in a state of neglect, both as a structure and as totally absent staff, no reception, no cleaning, no maintenance. Con la scusa dei prezzi modici l'ambiente è trascuratissimo, fatiscente, molto sporco sia negli spazi comuni che in particolare l'appartamento 25 a noi destinato e decantato come il migliore (!): arredamento vecchio e sporco, puzza di muffa e di fogna dagli scarichi del bagno.. Siamo rimasti molto delusi e sconcertati dalla gestione di questa struttura. Marinello è una località splendida e non dovrebbero esistere strutture del genere a rovinare l'esperienza dei turisti. Bad experience. I would never recommend it! Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto pulito! Se fosse riamodernato sarebbe da 5 stelle,anche se il prezzo probabilmente sarebbe poi più alto! Value for money good, used only for sleeping and washing even if there is the possibility of cooking, positioned close to the lakes of marinello, then 100 meters from the beach! C	Chiara Di Fazio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allora sono arrivata e mi hanno accolto dicendomi che stavano pulendo e disinfettando la casa , entro e non era per niente pulito terra sui tavoli cucina appiccicosa , il piatto doccia era coperto da un tappeto che alzandolo c'erano animaletti era tutti nero e giallo lo schifo !!! Poi materassi ammuffiti e formiche che salivano fino agli scaffali alti dove c'era tutto il cibo . Nella veradina c'era un mattonella rialzata con una radice di una pianta che usciva , e le lucertole di ogni dimensione erano ormai di casa. E talmente la casa è vecchia sporca e mal ridotta che un giorno chiudendo la casa mi si è rotta la chiave nella serratura mentre asciugando i capelli ecc andata la presa a fuoco .. Non ci tornerò mai più assolutamente e non andateci nemmeno voi! Struttura senza dubbio datata è un po'trascurata dal punto di vista della manutenzione ma in ogni caso, si sta bene. Il proprietario è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. È un posto che se avesse un minimo di manutenzione e cura dei dettagli in più, sarebbe da 5 stelle! Spero di tornarci presto e magari poter apprezzare qualche miglioria apportata ed un livello di manutenzione evidentemente più efficiente! Anche con i suoi limiti, in ogni caso lo consiglierei!
